Name: Eden Rose McArthur
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearance: 5'8
Usual Outfit: Her preferences are dark clothing, or rock style. Other than that, anything that’s comfortable, she’ll wear.
Personality: Eden has a rather tough-girl image. She is what you would call a rebel; she usually doesn't speak much, but when she does, she speaks her mind. She doesn't like beating around the bush and likes to come out openly. Eden hates narcissism and she dislikes bullies. She minds her own business but doesn't think twice about putting someone in their place. Because she’s a closed-off person, she comes off as heartless. Eden likes to rile people up, to mock them, and is rather fond of using violence for the most part.
However, her cold exterior is mostly a mask she wears to protect herself. In reality, she’s filled with insecurities and fears. Once you get past that exterior, she’s more shy and fearful. When she loves, she loves to the point where she becomes oblivious to her own pain and tries her hardest to please the person she loves.
Flaws: Blunt, closed-off, distrustful.
Favorite Food/Drink: Chicken burger/orange juice.
Favorite Animal: Hamsters, seahorses, cats.
Favorite Color: Blue
Favorite Season: Fall
Favorite Book(s): Fiction; fantasy–anything that takes her away from reality.
Favorite Movie(s)/Show(s): No preferences.
Favorite Song(s)/Artist(s): No preferences.
Other: [Sibling(s), backstory, pet(s), hobbies, etc.]: Younger twin, has a pet Siberian cat named Razor. https://pin.it/moef4b6untmd6n. Has had a tough relationship in the past, so she keeps away from them.
(Bcbkkkjhc Yay!)
[Monday, September 10]
Eden McArthur was the type of a female no one wanted to mess with. Nobody knew why she became the way she was, nor did they know the extend of the damage she could induce if angered. What people did know, however, was the fact that when Eden walked by, you stop talking. You back off, because if you don’t, chances are you’ll end up with a fist in your face. She was a rather mysterious girl, but she resembled a Blackhole. Try to get close and she’d suck you in. The only difference was that you’d return damaged. The girl wouldn’t even bat an eyelash.
Eden strolled into the classroom, her backpack on a shoulder, her hair over her shoulder in messy waves. She puckered her lips, face twisted in its usual blankness, eyes dropping as if she was bored. The classroom, once filled with loud noises, immediately quietened down as the golden-brown haired girl walked into the classroom. She stopped in front of a desk where a young girl was sitting, eyes unblinking, unflinching.
“You,” she locked eyes with the girl, her voice monotonous. “Move.”
She didn’t need to tell the girl twice before she scrambled away to her own seat, her lip between her teeth. Eden took her seat, throwing her bag on the chair next to her, her feet on the desk. The students didn’t talk again.
Sterling hated being the new kid in school. It happened so often, though, that he knew the drill by heart this time around, though. He'd walk into the classroom — at least a week later than the other students — be introduced by the teacher, and then he'd sit in his assigned seat.
And that's exactly what happened.
"All right, students. This is Sterling Ainsley; he's new to our school and to our class. I trust you a will behave and treat him with respect," she told the students, giving them all a meaningful look.
When it came time to sit, he moved to his seat. Noticing the backpack sitting in his seat, he looked over at the girl who would be airing beside him.
"Care to move this, please?" he asked politely.
Eden, who had her legs on the desk and her head thrown back on her chair, eyes closed, chose not to respond. She did not lift her head—she gave no signal that she heard him or not. She chose to ignore. Eden preferred to sit alon . That’s what she’d always done, and why should it change?
After about a few minutes of silence, she heard another speak up, albeit hesitantly.
“You can sit somewhere else…” the boy started slowly. “That seat right here—nobody sits there.”
Sterling frowned slightly, glancing from the girl to the boy who spoke before looking up at the teacher. He cocked his head to the side, as if asking, “Is that okay?” The teacher sighed and nodded, so he stepped around the rude — but oddly beautiful — girl.
He sat down in his new seat and pulled his things out of his backpack, which he then set on the floor at his feet. Whoever that girl was, he wanted to find out more about her…
Eden didn’t fix her position, not even when class began. She didn’t find any proper reason to do so—whatever they were learning, she already had it drilled into her mind. Figurative Language—why go through things they learned in fifth grade?
It was when the bell rang that Eden finally opened her eyes, slowly lifting her legs off of her desk and setting them on the floor. She reached for her bag and tossed it over her shoulders, honey-brown eyes half dropped. She turned to get out of her desk but was interrupted when a group of students moved into her way in their haste to get to the door. She clicked her tongue in irritation.
“Move it,” hearing her voice, no matter how soft it was, they froze. Obliging, they made way for the girl, quietly, making sure not to offend her. Eden spared them no glance.
When class had ended, Sterling gathered his things and started out of the room. He caught a glimpse of the girl from earlier and hurried to catch up with her. Standing in front of her, he gave her his trademark smirk — the one that let him get away with almost anything.
“Hey,” he greeted her, walking backwards in front of her.
Eden looked up, disinterest plastered on her face. She barely paid the new kid any attention, stuffing her hands in her pockets. Judging from the look on his face, he’d done this often.
She instead looked ahead, pretending as if the guy in front of her wasn’t there at all.
Sterling frowned a little and slowed down his walk, hoping to get her to slow down, too.
“So I noticed you in our English class earlier,” he started.
“And?” Eden’s monotonous voice escaped her lips, her pace neither slowing down nor speeding up. She moved to sidestep him, having absolutely nothing to say or to do with the new student.
Sterling blinked. She’d brushed him off just like that? Huh…
“And I was curious about the girl who didn’t seem to find the need to pay attention in class,” he said, catching up with her again.
Eden rolled her eyes, letting an exasperated sigh escape her lips, but other than that, she didn’t let anything else escape. That was why she disliked new students. Without knowing anything, they’d engage in a conversation with her. They’d annoy her, get at the end of her patience and then end up running away in fear.
“Good to know,” she muttered instead, never once looking at him. A student brushed past her carefully, offering her an apology, which she ignored.
“So… Are you always like this? Or just to the new guy?” Sterling asked with a chuckle, sticking his hands in his back pockets.
Eden finally stopped, shifting her gaze from in front of her to glare at the brown-haired male. She opened her mouth to offer an insult, but she was interrupted by an arm thrown over her shoulders. She immediately reacted, grabbing the arm and twisting it, a scowl on her features.
“Ow! E, stop!” The girl blinked owlishly, realizing who it was. The black-haired boy huffed, pulling his arm back and rubbing it, his glasses slipping from his nose. “Jesus, for a tiny girl, you sure are strong…”
Sterling glanced over at then other boy, tilting his head curiously. He stuck his hands back in his pockets, having had taken them out to catch up with the girl. Who was this guy who the girl let touch her?
(Gonna stalk this like I stalk Dorm 210- This is gonna be a good one ><)
Eden stepped back, annoyance present on her features. Her brother offered her a smile before he took notice of the other male. He furrowed his eyebrows.
“Oh, who’s this?” He cocked his head to the side. “Do you know him?”
“No,” Eden replied in a clipped tone, barely glancing his way. Lucas blinked.
“Oh, so you’re bullying him,” he muttered as if he understood. “I see.”
( @Yoaisami Haha, hope you like it~)

Sterling chuckled a little, shaking his head. “I’m in her first period English. I was just saying ‘hey’ and trying to talk to her.”
