"What do you want?" Alto asked, standing up.
"What do you want?" Alto asked, standing up.
"Something soft…"" He mumbles.
Alto rummaged through the bag and pulled (some sort of soft food) out. "How about this?" He asked, handing it to him.
Halo nods and smiles. "Thanks, bro." He says softly.
"No problem." Alto smiled, glad to see him eating.
He eats quietly, and rather slowly. It felt like his jaw was numb. He knew it was just the sickness so he worked through it.
Alto sat down with a sigh and ate a little as well, looking over some school work.
Halo finishes and sighs quietly. "Thank you." He whispers softly.
"That's what i'm here for." Alto smiled, continuing to do his work.
Halo leans back and sighs softly, trying not to cry. He was probably putting so much for pressure on his brother. First Stormy… And now he was sick.
Alto worked on his school work for a while, catching up on things he had missed. He wouldn't tell Halo about the classes he was doing bad in.
Halo tosses and turns, trying to get comfortable.
"You okay?" Alto glanced over at him, concerned etched in his face.
Halo shrugs. "Hurts." He says softly.
“Do you want me to get someone?” Alto asked, reaching over and squeezing his hand.
He shakes his head. "It's bearable." He mutters, squeezing his hand in reply.
“Yeah but it hurts. Are you sure you don’t need anyone?” He asked.
He nods and smiles. "I'm positive, Alto." He says gently.
“Okay then..” Alto said, looking back down at his work.
Halo shuts his eyes and sighs softly. He was rather bored. His body hurt, but he was a person to go on runs, keep his energy going. This was no fun.
“It’s okay. You’ll be out of here soon.” Alto said quietly, knowing Halo hated this.
Halo looks at his brother and smiles softly. "I've got you to get me through this." He says gently.
Alto smiled a little. “Always.” He says softly, keeping his eyes on his work.
Halo smiles softly. "Thanks for being here, Alto."
“I’ll forever be here for you..” He murmured quietly as he wrote.
