The world was in chaos. People were waking up to powers they didn’t know, didn’t understand. Creatures were appearing unlike any seen before, who seemed to be the source of these powers. Now? We’ve been able to lock these people up, but the creatures are still at large, pairing themselves with humans, giving them powers and making them anew.
Yup. This is a Venom-based RP. I just rewatched it. It’s good.
If you haven’t seen it but are still interested, the basis of this idea is as follows:
There are these creatures, called the Unkind Ones, that basically form symbiotic relationships with a host, receiving protection from the elements in small, fragile bodies toughened up by powers that can only be activated with a host. Yep. Body-snatchers, except they’re mostly good guys so don’t worry too much okay? Anyways, they let their hosts lead normal lives as much as they can. But sometimes, the Unkind Ones thirst for the blood of the closest person available which is really inconvenient. There are foods that keep this at bay, but they’re either really rare or just downright weird, like any food that produces a happy or traumatic response in the host, chocolate, and salty things. Either way, everyone says these creatures are dangerous and anyone “infected” with one should ultimately be locked up, for their own safety.
So yeah let’s goooo our characters are a group of infected fugitives just trying to live their lives lol.
We will be playing both human characters and the Unkind Ones paired with them. Don’t worry it’s just two characters boo, I’m sure you can handle it.
