@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group
RPers: @SunGod , @Young-Dusty , and @HearToday
Setting: The Milky Way Galaxy, Year 3050. Many alien races intermingle on hundreds of habitable planets/artificial space settlements. A wide range of colorful cultures, empires, alliances, and governments vie for the best territories and resources in the galaxy, which means that politics is a billion times more complicated now. Sorry.
Plot: Our story focuses on a small band of intrepid space-farers as they attempts to make a living in the heartless, untamed, bizzare fringes of the galactic theatre. This will probably result in plenty of crazy/comedic/unfortunate adventures.
Main Characters: Treb Noke (Young-Dusty), Effy Sy (HearToday), Ba'al (SunGod).
Rules:
- This rp is literate to semi-literate, meaning players are encouraged to put effort into their written responses. One-word or one-line replies should be kept to a minimum, for the sake of keeping the quality of the rp high. ^^
- Any out-of-character questions or concerns may be voiced (in parentheses like this) to avoid confusing the actual narrative.
- You may not kill another person's character without their permission.
- If you have a major idea for a plot twist, I'd love to hear it! However, please don't try to force it into the rp without explaining yourself, since I might already have a plan.
- You may introduce your own side characters if you wish (I'll sure be doing that a lot) but talk to me about villains first XD
- MAGIC: There is no hard magic system in this galaxy–however, there are thousands of religions, aliens with unexplainable powers, and what might possibly be classified as gods here and there. If you want your character to have a certain special ability, talk to me and it'll probably be just fine!
- This rp is just for fun. If you're not having fun, please say so! We'll have a time-out and discuss how to resolve that as a group ^^
Intro:
On a lonely winter night on a desolate trading planet, where only the lost or wishing-to-be-lost find themselves, a heavily-clothed human stepped out of a tavern and quickly tacked a notice to the board outside before heading back into the warmth of the main room. The notice read:
SCAVENGER SHIP NOW HIRING
Adventure and competitive pay available, as well as a chance to see the galaxy and find ancient treasure!
Please apply for interview inside AM DESPERATE, WILL HIRE THE NEXT TWO WHO APPLY
- Ask at bar for Treb Noke -
The notice fluttered in the wind as a thick snow began to fall. The night was dark, and it seemed unlikely that anyone was around to read it.
