You were recently recruited as a soldier in the British army, to fight in the American revolutionary war. Your superior is a man named Marion, and the first time you meet the commander is in his brother's pottery shop, face covered in splatters of wet clay. One thing you two have in common?
You never wanted to fight this war in the first place. But it's better to endure it with a partner than alone.
This roleplay will take place in PMs, but post here if you're interested!
Sure! Do you want to transition into PMs now or do bios here?
Your choice, I'm fine with anything
I'll start 'em here. Also I know a lot of people I've done historical rps with don't know alot about the time period (I'm a bit of a history nerd), so if you have any questions I will gladly answer! And don't feel pressured to be 100% historically accurate or anything. Fun over facts!

Here's two pointers if you'd like—
Age: the youngest a soldier could be was 16, but they were very relaxed about this and even let in eight-year-olds.
Gender: there are reported cases of women dressing up as male soldiers. (Think Mulan)
Name: Marion Ponticelli
Age: 23
Gender: M
Appearance: He and his brother August are mostly Italian descent, however they both have the same shade of dark ginger hair. Marion has dark brown eyes, a straight nose, and stands at about 5"7'. Very strong in the shoulders from carrying weapons, but his legs could use some work.
Personality: while he is a very capable and serious leader, Marion is very sweet and enjoys to make people laugh. Is hellishly afraid of snakes, but won't ever admit it.
Other: suffers from occasional bouts of insomnia.
Name: Jeremiah Carter
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Height: 5'10"
Eye Color: Jeremiah has dark brown eyes, ya know? The average stuff you'll find on anyone!
Hair Color: He has a light brown hair color, the length of his hair is sort of short, enough to reach the Leonardo Di Caprio type of hairstyle.
General Features: Jeremiah has a slim body build, with a pinch of muscle. Perfect for running! Ya know? It's fantastic for running away from responsibilities! He has these little eye-bags due to sneaking out of the house with his sister, Carter, to go stargazing and such.

Personality:
Overview: Jeremiah is your local boy, he's upbeat and all that jazz. Often bouncing around the place, excited to something random such as running around aimlessly or messing with his sister, Carter. He's often offering snacks to other kids, keeping a generous amount in his pant's pockets. They're used for a distraction, so he can run off and think of something better to offer the person. All that good stuff! He doesn't have that many talents that he can show people to gain their friendship, so he often shows them coin tricks or try to persuade them with his AWFUL dad jokes and puns. Other times, he'll just hang around with his annoying sister–I mean, just sister. Just so he can have someone to talk to about his day, such as "I ate a pancake today" or "I woke up today" and etc.
Quirks/Traits: Jeremiah has a small quirk of biting his nails whenever he's nervous, it seems like a lot of people do this. So, he'll fit right in! Jeremiah often mumbles to himself, whenever he has no one to talk to.
Hobbies/Interests: Jeremiah's hobbies? He likes to stargaze I guess, I've said that quite often in this bio. That's his main hobby, but ya know. He has to have other things to do! So, soOOo! He flips coins, and do all that tricks. He uses a small quarter to do the tricks, nothing special about the coin. It's just a quarter.
Other: He has a twin sister name Adelaide Carter, but she goes by Carter
(Is he okay?)
H’llo! I’ve been trying to make an 18th century revolutionary war roleplay for a while and it hasn’t worked out. Would you be interested in making one with me? If not, not a problem! Just an idea since you like the 18th century :)
Oo yay! Where do you want it to be? In another forum or PM’s?
