Spencer held onto her hand and tugged on her so that she would sit with him. “I think it’s around six or six thirty.”
Spencer held onto her hand and tugged on her so that she would sit with him. “I think it’s around six or six thirty.”
Anya sat down next to Spencer. “Our first assignment is at nine-thirty, right?”
“Yes, there’s a meeting we — well, Victoria and James — are supposed to attend,” Spencer affirmed with a nod as he wrapped his arm around her shoulders.
“Got it,” Anya nodded, leaning back so that her head was on Spencer’s shoulder. “So we have a good forty-five minutes before we have to do anything.”
(Have you ever seen the Narnia movies?)
"Mmhm… So, cuddles it is, then," Spencer declared, wrapping his arms around her and pressing a kiss to the top of her head.
//yep! Read the books, too :D
“Sounds good to me,” Anya agreed with a smile.
(Okay, okay, okay! So you know the guy who plays Peter? William Moseley? I found him in a different movie! It totally shocked me because I didn't know that he was in it until I recognized his voice and saw his face.)
Spencer tightened his arms around her with a contented hum. It was nice to just be with her and hold her without a worry.
//really?! What movie? I haven’t ever seen him anywhere that I can remember off the top of my head!
//also time skip? I’m not good at writing couple-y stuff lol
(The Little Mermaid It’s on Netflix.
Sure, to the meeting?)
//cool!
Yep, that’s what I was thinking
(It was totally strange. Lol.
The errors today, tho…)
“You ready?” Spencer asked Anya under his breath as they walked up to the door of the meeting room, fully disguised as James and Victoria Hunter.
//lol
Yeah
“Oh, darling, you’re such a worrywart! Everything will be a-okay,” Victoria trilled. Anya shot Spencer a meaningful look, then reverted to Victoria.
“You know me, dear, always making sure you’re okay,” James chuckled, kissing his wife on the cheek. Spencer inwardly rolled his eyes.
Anya was so fed up with being an airhead, but she continued as Victoria. “Oh, James, so sweet of you. If you hadn’t, I might’ve lost my ring that one time!”
“Ah, yes. And aren’t you glad I saved you from that?” James asked with a grin.
"I am," Victoria said, no trace of sarcasm in her voice. Anya, however, was dying inside a little more with each word she spoke, because Victoria had to be an idiot. (aka idk what to say lol)
(Lol. Maybe we should skip to after the meeting? Because I have no idea what to do with it…)
//same. but we should prob figure out what the meeting was about, because that way we can figure out vague plot
(Just… a work meeting? Introducing them? Idk…)
//yeah… work meeting is good…
(Maybe We should skip to when they find some evidence that the organization is corrupt instead, though. That gives more plot options…)

//good idea
(Mkay…)
Spencer had the information Director Barns had asked for, and he was now looking at the folder curiously. His chin was in his hand, elbow resting on his knee, as he sat in the couch with the folder in the table. He couldn’t look through it. He shouldn’t look through it. But he really really wanted to…
Anya was pacing the main room, thinking hard, her arm still aching from whatever she'd done to it earlier… she'd honestly forgotten, in the wake of all that had happened. She trusted Director Barnes, and had completed every mission he'd assigned her without asking any questions. Was she wrong to have done that? There had to have been some mistake… something.
