Basically what the title says. Two or three people move into a house near a college campus because they need somewhere to live, and then ghosts happen. This would be my first super limited RP, so I apologize if I'm not the best lol

Appearance: Cain has curly blond hair that is shorter on the sides. He has fair skin and brown eyes. Cain usually wears a simple red hoodie, black jeans, and red and white Converse. He also generally carries around a black-and-grey messenger bag that is covered in buttons.
Personality: Cain is friendly enough, but a bit awkward. He's a giant nerd as well and, if asked about something he enjoys, will gush for hours about it. He's also a "get things done" kind of guy and if he has something to do, he'll try and do it as soon as possible. Cain doesn't really mind the whole "haunted" thing at first, but gradually starts to be annoyed by it.

shes a korean girl with really big eyes for a human. Her eyes are cloudy white that fade into a grey from the outside and specks of black in them. Her(natural) pure snowy white hairs incredibly wavy and volumous (it looks as if its levitating) and it goes down to her calves(yeah she knows she needs to cut it). He hair shapes her round face well. Its parted on the right side of her head and it kind of covers the left side of her forehead. He lips are full but not to full. All of the hair on her body is white including her eyebrows and eyelashes. Her eyelashes are full and white and sometimes it looks as though it has white glitter in it. She 5’6 and pretty curvy (not super duper curvy though lol) she skinny but her thighs are thick but like, again not too thick. She has white freckles that run across her nose, cheeks and forehead in the winter. They sparkle a lot when shes super cold. She usually wears sweaters with skirts, or something like that. THough if she feels like being lazy, just anything stylishh. Jeans and maybe an off shoulder crop top.

once you get to know her shes super fun and out going if you mess with the people she loves she’ll kill you on the spot. (literally)
Shes a writer along with her brother. They love to write together. (its super sweet) And shes a hopeless romantic, but she definetly would never settle for anyone that doesnt exceed her standards. Shes very picky though she can be flirty too. She can appear a little stuck up at times, though shes actually very insecure. She always tries to be optimistic about everything, and would take a punch for anyone. Though she can be merciless at times.

Cain looked at the living room and sighed again. He had to have straightened that photograph sixteen times in the span of, like, twenty minutes. As he fixed it, he looked at the image of his friends from high school. They were all in their Marching Band uniforms, he and his other Color Guard friends in their guard uniforms. The theme that year had been Nintendo, so half of the guard was Mario and half was Luigi, with the Captain dressed in a fancy Link outfit. The Captain, however, wasn't in this picture; it was a personal one. Smiling and thinking of the good old days, he went to make sure the kitchen was alright before the other people came.
Raven knocked on the front door, bouncing like a small child on caffeine, which is what she pretty much was. She had just gotten off the phone with her partner, where she stated over and over that she would be fine in the new house.
