so sirenhead has been going circling the internet recently, and i don't know about y'all, but i think he's really rad.
for anyone who doesn't know, sirenhead is a monster created by the artist trevor henderson. he's 40ft tall creature that uses the sounds produced from the sirens on his head to hunt, mimicking the voices of humans and various other noises (especially the chicago tornado sirens or other weather warnings). he can stand still for days at a time, camouflaging into trees or rural cityscapes with ease.
so yeah, he's rad. terrifying and nightmare-inducing, but rad nevertheless.
i'd like to do a survival-style (potentially post-apocalyptic) roleplay in which our two characters are stranded in the woods and meet by chance, all the while being hunted by sirenhead.

appearance/outfit - at a whopping 5'3 and 117 lbs, she's small but…well, not exactly mighty. her skin is very fair (like porcelain) and so covered in freckles that it's sometimes difficult to see past. her eyes are a gentle sepia-toned brown that complements the bright ginger of her long and wavy hair which, for seeing purposes, she keeps tied back in a high ponytail. her nose is a tad too large for her face, her lips seem to be perpetually chapped, and she has a small cleft in her chin that fits her squared, but gently sloped jawline. she has an ectomorph type frame, which makes it difficult for her to maintain the muscle mass she's worked so hard to develop, and sunburns incredibly easily in very little time.
personality - headstrong, compassionate, meticulous, emotionally-invested.

other - she has severe hearing loss, just short of profound hearing loss (deaf). her hearing started to deteriorate when she was four, and now she's only able to hear loud sounds. she's a talented lip reader and proficient in sign, however, and she doesn't miss being able to hear "normally".

I know how to be creepy…and I've studied the sirenhead…a lot.
There's suppost to be 2 main characters and siren head.
sirenhead is more of an npc type character, so it'll just be played by chaos and i. it's not too hard to entity-share, and that way we can each progress the story without having to worry about someone else doing it for us. for example, if max was chased around by siren head, chaos could write that without any issues from me. and vice versa with my character, meg. and if it's chasing the both of them, either one of us can control bits of its actions as long as it doesn't harm the other person's character without permission. it also gives our characters time to prepare and interact without being interrupted constantly by what sirenhead is doing.

also, chaos, this is just an fyi, the starter is pretty long, but you don't need to write nearly that much if you don't want to. when writing it, i pictured max and megan kinda just bumping into each other at some point before either of them really know what sirenhead is or that it even exists.
