Idk i kinda wanna do an rp where two single parents meet and fall in love
id kinda prefer it to be either a straight or gay romance, i dont really mind, but i dont really want it to be lesbian
so….

(yea lemme just:
I also have an adopted older sister: Myra. Even though we’re not closely related by blood, she fits right in with us, acting as a mother figure. She’s patient, wise, and graceful, and dotes on everyone in the family regularly. One thing I never understood about her is when she decided to give up the throne. Despite her being adopted, she still had the chance to become a queen. Yet, she didn’t.
I ponder over her reasoning for a while, eventually managing to drag myself out of bed and relax on the balcony. The first sun was just starting to rise when I heard someone enter my room.
Just by listening to the footsteps, I immediately knew it was Myra. She never wore shoes, and she always walked so delicately. I look behind me and, sure enough, there she stood.
Is this alright?)

Appearance: Native American features, with moderate brown skin. Long and curly dark red hair (like the color of a dark cherry). Dark brown eyes. About 5'9, curvy but also a bit muscular.
Style: Usually wears black and formal clothing at work, but at home, she likes to wear sweatshirts and leggings (or anything comfortable, really)
Personality: Kind and nice, but can be strict and very stern. Short temper. Very curious.
Likes: Money, sweet food, people who can keep a conversation going
Dislikes: People who judge others on their first appearances, bugs
Background: A rundown: Kore had an abusive husband, and she only stayed with him because her kids didn't know and because he was rich. It was only until he threatened to kill their kids that she left. But otherwise, her life's been perfectly normal and decent.

Background: Dylan found his soulmate when he was in high school. They got married quite soon and had their first child. Soon after, they found they were pregnant with another boy. Shortly after, they were with a girl. Leah, who was then unnamed, was only around a month old when Dylan’s wife was caught in a car crash. So, Dylan named their daughter after his mother, as she looked just like her.
He’s been a single dad for 2 years now, and he honestly loves it. But he would really love a mother for his kids, especially for Leah.

"Peter. Look after Eugene for me, OK?" Dylan said to his sons. The family was at the local park, and as he sat down, Dylan placed Leah on his lap. The baby smiled and giggled a little bit.

Kore was walking through the park trying to find a place to sit down where she could see her kids. Her children were running around in circles playing tag. She spotted a bench where she could see her kids and also relax. There was a man with a baby in his lap sitting there, but she didn't care. It had been a long day. She walked over to the bench and sat down.

Leah reached forward and grabbed Dylan's hair, giggling. He smiled, then softly weasled Leah's hand out of his hair, replacing it with his finger. She smiled, her toothy gums showing. She only had a few teeth, less than most his age.

Kore looked over at the man and smiled. She normally wasn't one for striking up a conversation, but the way he seemed to be so gentle with his child made her calm and curious. "How old is she?" she spoke with a soft voice.

(thanks, it just…it makes me feel a little uncomfortable)

"Hmm?" Dylan hummed, barely paying attention to his surroundings. "Oh, uh. She's two. Two years old." It was always easy to remember Leah's age: however long it had been since the accident was how old she was.

Kore smiled at the baby. "She's quite adorable."

"Thanks." He smiled softly. "She looks like her mother." The memory almost brought a tear to his eye, but he squished it down.

Kore nodded and smiled at them one last time before looking up and watching over her own kids.

Dylan glanced up and spotted Eugene playing with a girl a little older than him. "Eugene!" He called."Play nice!"

Kore's attention returned on the man again when he spoke. "You have other kids as well?" Her eyebrows went up in surprise.
