Hai
SO templates or no?
I prefer templates
Okay, sounds good. I'll get that up in just a second.
(Oof it's basic but I'm not in the mood for a super long one)
Name:

Basic personality description:
Other:
okay, cool
Name: Nikolas Ficher
Age: 19-23 (depends on age range)
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Bisexual
Appearance: Deep-set, slightly mono lidded eyes the color of a full moon during a cloudy night; blackish haze seemingly drifting over the irises at random times. Surprisingly pretty and long eyelashes. Wavy and medium-length hair that falls into the eyes at almost all times dyed a starlight silver with the natural black roots. Lean muscle roped through a thinner body, though strength is clear in the solid torso. Rather sharp, narrow, and prominent features, such as jawline and cheekbones. Pale skin littered with both faint and raised scars. A height of exactly 6 foot.
Basic personality description: Nikolas is… Nikolas. He's sarcastic, slightly insane, perpetually sleep-deprived, and gay. Will cut a bitch without hesitation. Needs supervised. The poor boy is damaged, so he covers that up with jokes, sarcasm, and sass. Fiercely loyal, though he's hard to get to open up, partially because of his stubbornness, partially because he's got so many walls and trauma it's hard for him to trust people anymore. Tries to act cool, but really he's just a lovable dork when you get to know him.
Other: An amazing street racer, so he's got a fancy and fast car that he illegally races on the weekends. Foster child since forever ago and kicked from the system when he was 18. Is picky about nicknames for him for a specific reason. Lives on coffee. Night owl. If fantasy/supernatural setting, he's a moon dragon shapeshifter (i can go into more detail with this if needed)
Oh heck I love him!
Thank you!
Name: Atlas Fox
Age: Almost 20
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Pansexual
Appearance: He's on the shorter range of average height, and slightly more muscular than average, but not by much. But he is somehow pretty pale even though he's outside quite a bit. He's just unable to tan, just sunburns. So he has sunburns a lot. His hair is never the natural color that is reddish-brown, he always dyes it. His most common colors are dark red, dark purple, and honey blond. It is fluffy, straight (very unlike him) and a bit longer than normal, a little shorter than jaw length. He has a birthmark on his neck almost like a flower. His eyes are teal, a bit of brown mixed in. He has 3 ear piercings. one on each ear lobe(diamond stud) and one helix piercing(hoop). Also, a small tattoo of a carnation flower is on the inside of his left wrist.
Basic personality description: Atlas is very optimistic and he always puts others ahead of him, definitely a people-pleaser. This causes him to internalize his emotions too much resulting in breakdowns after too much of it. He's very loving and pretty open about it. (I'm still working on nailing a description of his personality so this is all I have atm.)
Other: He started a band in high school and he still makes music, but not with his band anymore. He sounds a lot like this.
I love him! I forgot to mention this, but Nikolas is a drummer
ooooo!!!! That's great! So should I start or do you want to?
Could you? And, just so I know, how old should I make Nikolas? I'm thinking 20-21 maybe?
(I definitely can! Maybe 21?)
Closing the door behind him with a sigh, Atlas slid down the wall landing on the floor. It had been a long day of writing and recording music and dealing with his manager. He wished making music was as easy as it had been in high school when no one was in charge of him, calling all the shots, or breathing down his neck. Yes, only fifty people at the most, it seemed, listened to him but a tiny music label thought they saw talent in him and asked if he would join them. He had without hesitation because he thought it would bring him something, but all they seemed to do was inhibit him from doing what he wanted.
With another sigh, Atlas stood up and went to his bedroom, flopping down on his bed the instant he saw it.
((works for me!))
Nikolas was already home, sitting on his bed with his best and childhood friend, Theresa Hunt. They had grown up in the system together and were like two troublesome peas in a pod, and at only 19, Theresa was already proving to be skilled in the musical arts, mainly dance and singing.
"Okay," she said, scribbling something that Nikolas couldn't read, due to it being in a different language, "How does this sound?" She started singing what was on the paper, following the notes on rhythm and temp she had just jotted down. Nikolas listened with a tilted head, hearing the sound, what she was trying to nail, instead of the Italian words. When she was done, he nodded and gave her a thumbs up. She huffed and shifted papers around. "You should sing with me, Nico," she said.
He instantly shook his head. "First of all, no. Secondly, I told you to stop calling me that." He was very particular about what people could call him, and hearing that name fall from her lips didn't seem right to him. It was like it was meant for someone other than his best friend—who he considered to be a sister, almost.
Theresa sighed and rolled her eyes. "Fine, you should sing with me, Nik. It'll be fun."
Again, he shook his head. "I don't sing."
Atlas slowly sat up again, starting to hum one of the songs he was working on. It was stuck in his head the whole way home and he finally was able to hum or sing it in peace. He stood up and took his phone out of his bag then flopped back onto the bed. Facedown on the bed, he closed his eyes for a few seconds, but he had already started drifting into a light sleep.
Theresa reached over to poke Nikolas, and he grabbed her wrist and knocked her off of the bed with minimal effort. She screeched in surprise, and he just grinned down at her as he propped his head up with a fist. "Ass," she huffed, then reached up to gather her stuff from where she was sitting on the floor. "I'm gonna head out, anyway. Stuff to do." She ruffled his hair in farewell, then headed out of the apartment with a cheerful "Ciao!"
Nikolas sighed and flopped back onto his bed, closing his eyes. He loved Tess, he really did, but she was so hyper during the day, where he was incredibly exhausted. His time to roam was in the dead of night, which meant coffee and naps were his best friends.
Atlas heard a door open and close through the paper-thin walls. It woke him up from the unbelievably light sleep that he had been in. He rolled over, his eyes looking at the patterns in the ceiling. Slowly he sat up again and looked around his room. He sighed and stood up remembering he was going to take a shower before he did anything else. They always calmed him down and it was definitely time to calm down. He got undressed and got in the shower, standing in place as he let the water fall all around him.
"Might as well get a shower before I fall asleep," Nikolas murmured to himself. He stayed on his back for a bit before sighing and sitting up, then sliding off the bed and steadily stripping off his clothes while he made his way into the bathroom. He heard running water on the other side of the wall as he reached in to turn on his shower. Looks like my neighbor had the same thought. The warm water poured from the showerhead, and Nikolas stepped in, letting it hit his face and wake him up.
With a day full of self-conscious music-making, the shower was a perfect time to sing music he actually enjoyed and no one could hear him either. He slowly and quietly started singing Talking To The Moon to himself. Eventually, he started singing quite a bit louder. Who knows why he picked that song, but he did love it.
Nikolas tilted his head as he heard singing, smiling to himself as he recognized the song. He lightly tapped his knuckles against the shower wall in time with the rhythm, a habit he had thanks to being a drummer. After a moment, he hesitantly opened his mouth and joined along. He had told Tess he doesn't sing, but that was because he was incredibly self-conscious of his voice. His neighbor couldn't see him, so it wasn't that bad. Tess was a whole different story.
Atlas heard the tapping, he supposed his neighbor had the same idea to take a shower. He continued to sing and realized the tapping was in-time with the song he was singing. He got a little self-conscious since his neighbor must be able to hear him. That caused his voice to lower slightly and not be quite as strong as it had been. He paused for a second, then continued singing, strong as before. The person across the wall didn't know who he was so he wouldn't have to worry about that. But also when he paused, he heard a very faint voice, singing the same melody that he was. A smile appeared on his face as he continued singing.
((he sounds kinda like this I guess))
Nikolas heard the other voice waver slightly before coming back with the same strength as before. He kind of wanted to stop and quickly get this shower over with, but he found himself letting go of his insecurities and letting his voice blend with the other man's voice with relative ease. He had worked with Tess enough to have an idea of how to manipulate his voice, sometimes—very rarely—letting her give him short lessons. That was years ago, however, and she's probably forgotten about it by then.
Atlas smiled as he heard the voice blend perfectly with his. He found himself not wanting to continue the shower so he could keep singing with the beautiful voice next door. The song then came to an end. Atlas quickly tried to think of another song to sing. Nothing was coming to mind, but he wanted to keep singing. Maybe his neighbor would come up with a song?
