@Hawkeye
(Ok, my next response is when Reed gets to the throne room, so I can’t do anything either)

Ren, for the first time in a while, got bored of the silence in the throne room and turned to the guy next to him, “So, you were summoned by the king too? Have any idea why?”
(Can we set up an order?)
(Can we set up an order?)
(Yeah me, carrots, you, is the new order of posting unless characters get separated or one is sleeping/inactive)
(Ok. Who’s turn is it?

Ren, for the first time in a while, got bored of the silence in the throne room and turned to the guy next to him, “So, you were summoned by the king too? Have any idea why?”
"No clue" said Firiko as he adjusted the strap for his sword. Then ruffling his feathers again he turned to the guy "do you think we'll have to work together?" Asked Firiko.
Ren shrugged a shoulder, fingers tapping against the hilt of his dagger, “Probably. Otherwise why would be be here at the same time?”
Reed fought against the much stronger guards, cursing at them. They threw open a large pair of very fancy doors, and he was brought into what he realized was a throne room.
Firiko turned to see the guards bring in another man who was cursing and struggling in their grip. "Wonder what he did…" said Firiko quietly.
“Me too. Though he might be here the same reason we are.” Ren replied, taking a quick glance at the guy behind them before turning his attention back to the king.
The guards dropped Reed to the floor, one of them putting a sword to his back. “Your
Highness, this man is requesting to see you.”
Firiko watched curiously as the guards put him down and the disgruntled man straightened himself out.
The king leaned forward in his seat, eyeing them all up for a few moments before leaning back and saving his hand, “Remove the sword. He can speak if he wishes.”
The guard cautiously removed the sword, and tugged Reed up. Reed turned and glared at the guard, then looked at the king. “I have had a vision, your Highness. A vision of war.” Reed said, seriously.
(Heads up I just realized that at some point I might suddenly end up out of range for cell service without notice also my battery might die…)
(My cell service is always spotty, so I might not be able to respond either)
(Yeah.. its cool)
(That’s fine, it happens)
visions?? thought Firiko intrigued. hmmm this might get interesting.. Firiko continued to watch but didnt say anything. While he looked like a scruffy amateur he did have his secrets.
The king raised an eyebrow, “Have you now? Well that’s… interesting. See, the reason why I called Ren and Firiko here is because I have received word from one of our allied kingdoms that they are under attack from an unknown enemy.”
“Your Highness, my vision was not of just a small war with few casualties. It is necessary that we do something.” Reed said, forgetting anything about etiquette.
"Their mission will be to travel through the Primal Lands to reach The kingdom of Akalias and see what the trouble is." Continued the king "any chance you would be able to lend more info?"
so I do have to work with him. And now I also know why the king wanted me. thought firiko. and to think I always thought I was too unorthodox for him..
“Couldn’t we bring him along with us?” Ren asked, taking a glance at the vision guy, “He could be useful.”
It took Reed a second to realize that the man was talking about him. He looked at the king, and then remembered one more vital piece of information. “Your Highness… one more thing.” He said, “I saw a crown falling. I believe that it means royalty will die.”
