"Really? Good to know"
He says as he quickly unbuttons his shirt, draping it over her.
"It's probably not much better but once you get under the blankets it will be."
"Really? Good to know"
He says as he quickly unbuttons his shirt, draping it over her.
"It's probably not much better but once you get under the blankets it will be."
Her cheeks turned a bright red. "Oh, thank you."
She could smell him with his shirt on her, and she enjoyed it. He smells so nice.
Walking inside, he didn't even bother changing, he immediately laid down on the bed with a huge sigh.
"I'm too tired to be awake right now"
He says closing his eyes, not even bothering to pull the cover over him, and also forgetting the fact that she was going to be in the bed too.
She chuckled and carefully sat down on the bed, pulling the covers over him.
"Well, we did a lot today. We even attempted taming a wolf…" She shook her head, still in disbelief that they did that.
"Oh wow! I guess we did do that!"
He says while adjusting under the blanket. He was a pretty big guy, but under these blankets, he felt like a little kid again. Putting his hand on his cheek, he could feel the stubble growing back, which he hated. He did admit, it looked good and most people prefer it, but it was annoying for him.
Going under the covers, she sighed with relief. "It's so warm," she mumbled. She looked back up at him and his pretty face. I wonder if he would mind if I just latched on to him. Like a koala!
Turning over, to see her looking right at him, his face turned a little red as his eyes shifted around, then back at her.
"What? Am i too pretty for you?"
He says with his usual confident and cocky tone.
(Imma head to bed, but I'll post in the morning)
(Alright!)
"Yeah…" she mumbled, not really realizing what she was saying. She was speaking truthfully, but she normally wouldn't have admitted that.
Letting out a little laugh and hiding his face,
"What? You're not supposed to actually agree!"
He says uncovering his red face.
Her eyes closed. "Well, I just did." She yawned and tried to cuddle in with the blanket so she could be warmer. I'm always so cold. It's annoying
"Whatever"
He says with a shrug, noticing her actions,
"You cold?"
She nodded. "I'm always cold though. Even if it's summer."
"Wuss"
He says wrapping his arms around her, pulling her closer against his warn chest. She gave him a place to live…..and a friend. The least he could do was keep her warm at night.
"How am I a wuss?"
She felt her face get extremely warm very fast. And it wasn't because of his warmth. After a moment, she smiled and wrapped both of her arms, including the cold metal one, around him.
"For always being cold. But it's fine, ill keep you warm"
He gave her a little smile as he relaxed his head on the pillow, holding her tightly against his warm skin.
"Thank you…"
She started to drift asleep, feeling not only comfortable, but protected.
He loved the feeling of actually protecting someone. All he ever did was hurt them. Slowly he began to drift off into a deep sleep, darkness encasing his mind.
Leandra would constantly jerk herself awake. It was instinctual, a habit she never shook off. She hoped she didn't wake up Azil whenever she did. She constantly examined him to see if she ever bothered him.
Jolting awake to the feeling of something moving against him, he lifts his head up, fully alert, prepared to fight, but looking down, he saw Leandra and let out a sigh. He was usually a light sleeper, due to all of the things in the forest or places where he would usually sleep, he had to be alert.
"You okay?"
He says softly, lowering his head back down to the pillow, a little closer to her face than before.
She let out a soft groan, "Not really…" The warmth and Azil were the only things keeping her from having a panic attack. And she refused to be seen during one. She tried to keep her breathing calm, but failed. Stupid dreams. Making me think about those things.
"Are you sure?"
He says softly, almost a whisper as his hands readjusted against her back and her side, as his arms were still wrapped around her.
She shook her head. "Just bad dreams…" She was only half lying. They were more than bad dreams. They were her memories, and she hated thinking about them.
"I shall be your dream catcher."
He says with a sweet smile, feeling bad that all he could do was make jokes. When he was a little boy, he would have a dream catcher that he carried everywhere, he believed that it would catch all of his bad dreams.
She chuckled softly. It was easy to stop thinking about things whenever he spoke. "Thank you, Azil."
