Rykah kept still and patient, Is he okay? he wondered

Will wasn’t even able to catch his breath long enough to say anything, instead feeling tears trace his face.

Rykah kept waiting, unware of Will's tears.

Will gasped, gaining no extra air. He tried again, but was so caught up in the panic that he failed again.

Rykah noticed that Will's breathing had stopped and he carefully stirred. Rolling over to see Will having a panic attack he quickly got up and wrapped Will in a big hug. Wings and arms included.

It took Will a moment to even realize that somebody was touching him, but the moment he did, he leaned into Rykah, crying into his shoulder.

Rykah just hugged him, and began humming and old song his mom used to sing to him when he was scared…
(Why am I giving myself the feels????)

(I don’t know, but same.) Will attempted to calm himself. “I could’ve died.” He whispered.

"Your alive now" said Rykah calmly..

“But I could’ve DIED! That’s the most idiotic thing I could’ve done! And the thing is, I’m still perfectly fine with testing it out on myself….”

"Cause you're used to doing it… just pro.ise me you wont do it again unless you're with me or your siblings pls?" Said rykah carefully.

“Promise.” Will said shakily. He leaned into Rykah, hiding his face.

Rykah held him pulling him to lie down still wrapped in his wings.
(Is it wrong that I ship them?)

(No. I have been like casually shipping them, but like…. I also kind of hate Will in relationships…. I don’t know…)
Will sighed. “I’m sorry.”

Rykah pulled his left (top) wing away a little. "What's there to be sorry about?" Asked rykah.

“I was an idiot. And I can’t guarantee I won’t be in the future.”

"Everyones an idiot sometimes" said Rykah.. "you just have to learn from it…"

Will just sighed. He wasn’t sure how to explain to Rykah just how obsessive he could get about potions. He had this need to get them right.

"Now I think we should both get some sleep" said Rykah yawning. Curling his wing lightly around will and laying his head down ready to fall asleep right there.

Will took a few more deep breaths, and slowly let himself fall asleep.

Rykah eventually pulled up the blanket over both of them cause he was cold. Than drifted off to dreamland.

Will woke up, still curled up next to Rykah. He carefully slipped out of bed, hoping not to wake him.

Rykah rolled over his left wing flopped on top of him, but he was otherwise asleep.

Will carefully got dressed, and then decided it was probably time to wake Rykah up. “Rykah…. time to get up.”
