"About what?" Asked Rykah, a bit confused.
"About what?" Asked Rykah, a bit confused.
“Everything…. my family being idiots, or jerks; Dalton; you being hurt….. everything that’s happened that been so terrible.”
"I think Im to blame for most of it.. " said Rykah. And he would've eleborated if he werent choking down a cry of pain a fire shot through his leg again.
“Rykah?” Will asked cautiously, immediately backing away a bit and looking for injury.
Rykah was tense, stiff as he bit back cries of pain, tears welling up as his leg literally felt like it was burning off.
Will got up and immediately got the bottle of potion out from his dresser drawer.
(Not the same bottle. He has then stored around the house.)
Rykah's teeth clenched as he gasped, trying hard not to scream, not to let on how bad it really was.
“Rykah….” Will sighed, before dousing the carpet in front of the door thoroughly in what looked like water. “Room is sound proof now. No one Can hear anything down stairs.”
Rykah yelled, unable to hold it in. He wanted to curl up and disappear it hurt so much.
Will thought for a moment. “Rykah… Hey, I’m sorry, but I need to know…. is this worse than last time?”
“Oh… crap…. Rykah… I can’t give you this.” Will said sadly.
(I’m going to bed. Night)
(Night!)
Rykah nodded, curling in on himself, sobbing as his leg and wing burned worse with every second.
Will turned away, wishing desperately to focus on something and not think about the fact that he couldn’t help now.
Rykah lay there, crying, in pain, not knowing what else to do. He screamed once, when pain shot through his wing, curling in on himself as pain spread up his leg.
(I was almost late to school!!)
(Oof…. I wish I could be late to school, then I could skip my math class)
Will sat down on the bed next to him again, not even sure what to do other than sit.
Rykah quivered, his entire body wracked by gasping sobs.
(This was a stressful morning…)
(That sucks)
Will hesitantly began to put a hand on Rykah’s shoulder, but thought it might not be a good idea considering how much but pain Rykah was in.
Rykah melted into him, pressing into the touch. he was still shaking as he tried to breath, but Will was there, and that was what he needed.
Will was glad that Rykah moved closer to him, and tried to make sure that he was still breathing as well as possible. He sighed sadly, before remembering that in a lot of cases, if someone the patient trusted breathed somewhat exaggeratedly but also in a normal, calm fashion, the patient would mimic them to the best of their ability.
Rykah tried to press up against Will, but every movement was painful. Trying to stay calm he focused on breathing, focused on Will.
Will took several deep breaths, and surprisingly enough, he realized that his breathing has quickened as well when Rykah has started hurting again.
Rykah managed to match him, settling a little, but still crying and whimpering.
