"Okay…I'm going to go take a shower okay. Need anything call and I'll help you," he smiled softly and closed the door behind him. WHy did he have to go and get hurt!. Tears came from his eyes as he turned the shower on.

Jas nodded and layed in bed. He sighed softly and snugged into the covers I'm sorry….the last thing I wanted to do was see you suffer. He closed his eyes, trying to sleep

He came out of the shower and got dressed in the bathroom. When he walked through the door to see a curled up Jas on the bed. He smiled and caressed his cheek while we wiped the tears from his own. He kissed his lips softly and laid down with him.

Jas opened his eyes "why are you crying?" He asked, brushing his hand along his cheek " I'm right here, I'm not going anywhere." He wrapped his arms around Axels waist and pulled him closer

I-I-I wasn't crying. I was just tired, I'm tired, okay?" He clenched his shirt and his face. "I wasn't crying," he sniffed.

He sighed softly and stroked his hair "Lie to me all you want, love. I can see through that facade you put on." He muttered, "so why *weren't * you crying?" he asked "hm?"

"You got hurt you dummy and when I saw you…..it hurt me too," he shut his eyes, "I love you….so much…..why did you have to take on that job we're a team right? Right?" His eyes were red and puffy from crying

He sighed softly and carressed his cheek "of course we are, we're more than a team." he kissed his cheek "I didn't want to purposfully put you in danger, not for something I had to do myself. I don't know what I'd do if you got hurt for something that was my responsibility." he kissed his other cheek "I won't see you get hurt more than I have to."

He shook his head, "You don't get it. It's the same for me you dumb ass! I feel the same way you do. I don't care if I get hurt but you are so much different then that. When I see your scars I want to kill whoever did that to you! I can't help but cry even though I know it won't do anything to help. I feel useless when you get hurt like this. I think to myself, 'Why wasn't I there? Why did you take on that job? Why, why ,why?'. Jas I love you so damn much! You make me this worried, frightened, sad, happy, and loving mess!" he hugged Jas tighter never wanting to let him go.

He laughed softly and hugged Axel "THen how do you think I feel when you come home the same way?" he asked gently "everytime I see you're scars from you cutting yourself, using your abilites,hm?" He kissed his head "i meant what I sad before, I would bring someone back from hell, and skin them alive if they even so much as touched you. I feel powerless when you come home, covered in your own blood." He sighed softly and carressed Axel's cheek "My beautiful devil, I did the job because if I don't no one else will."

"We could have at least did it together! Why didn't you tell me you felt this way about my power? We tell each other everything. I tell you everything. Like my life and the important shit that goes down. I never hid anything from you!" he loosened his grip, "SO, don't hide anything else from me either okay?"

"Cuz I knew you'd get this way if I did mention it. Plus, you can't do anything to change it so I though it wasn't worth mentioning." he said "I've never hid anything from you, other than the jobs. And that was only because I didn't want you getting hurt." He said, desparation rising in his voice. He inhaled deeply and nodded "I promise I won't hide anything from you."

"Anything is worth mentioning. I'm new to this I can't tell when you feel a different way or not! I know I'm like the worst at this but I try. When something is bothering you tell me don't not mention it." he removed his hands from Jas's neck and placed them on his cheek. "I love you okay and I want to be a better boyfriend to you, but you have to tell me what's going on okay?" he smiled softly and put their lips together.

He nodded "i will,as much as I can, I'll tell you." he kissed him back but pulled away "the same goes for you." he said, pulling him to him and kissing him deeply

Axel kissed back with more passion then the others, " You are clearly the better, hotter, and fun boyfriend here. I will make sure to tell you if something bothers me. Also, I didn't like when we split up. I don't like when I'm apart from you okay?"

He groaned softly "I know, love. but it's the only way I can keep you safe." he muttered softly, trailing down so he kissed his neck "I'm not losing you so easily." he promised

Axel pouted, "Well, I'm not losing you either if we're going to reincarnate let's do it together okay? You can multitask. We can keep each other safe and fight together. I don't mind if I die as long as it's with you. Take me with you on your next job which won't be for awhile." he chuckled

"I mind, you're not dying. Even if we get riencarnated. I want you to live this life as long g as possible." He nodded with a small smile "nope, I'm not going anywhere soon" he kissed his temple, and nuzzled him

"I want to go with you…I can handle myself you know…I can fend for myself you know that, so why?" Axel leaned int him more making them both fall down, "Sorry did that hurt!"

He nodded "fine, I'll bring you next time but I swear, you get hurt…I'll…I…" He sighed and held onto him. He laughed softly and shook his head as he fell back "no, it didn't"

"I won't get hurt! Worry about you for once okay?" he put their foreheads together, "I love you…I'm glad we talked about this."

"you don't know that, but yeah, me too." He tilted his head and kissed him

"We never finished that make-out session that you said we would have," he smirked kissing him back.

"well yeah, I kinda sorta got a paper cut." He kissed him passionatly, "I've loved you, I don't know for how long but I know it's been for a while now."

He bent down to his ear and whispered, "I love me too…" he started laughing.
