"And you show up at the worst times" he mutttered in response, before shifting to the form of a large bloodhound and threatening the man.
"And you show up at the worst times" he mutttered in response, before shifting to the form of a large bloodhound and threatening the man.
The man gasped and backed away, accidently backing into Harrow's knife "the wrong time is the best time." He laughed and ran the edge of the knife along the man's neck
Marco smirked, shifting back, as he glared at the bastard. "Whelp, I'll be going now Rashe" he said, before turning to leave.
"aw, leaving so soon? But the fun has only just begun." He pouted, letting the man drop to the floor. "How are you enjoying the new life?" He asked, whiping the blood from his knife on the man's shirt and sheathing it back into his pocket and walking towards him
"It's shit." he said flatly, "Now leave me alone." Actually don't….
Rashe smirked "I can't, and that's terrible. Hopefully it gets better
Marco rolled his eyes, "Yeah right, unfortunately unless I can get a job of some sort that won't happen."
Rashe shrugged indifferently "not with that attitude and determination it won't." He said "how's shifting going?"
"Same as always, why do you care?" he responded, it's the attitude that's keeping me alive
Rashe glanced up from not picking with his knife "believe it or not, I care for your well being. No matter how much a pain in the ass you are."
Marco rolled his eyes, "Well now, someone in this life actually care what the hell happens to me! Honestly at this rate I'd like to just move on to the next one." he said, laughing.
"please, don't say that." Rashe said, completely serious. He stood in front of Marcos now "I've always cared, not only in just in this life but in all we've shared. You just never took notice apparently." He shrugged and walked by him towards an allyway exit. "I'll see you around, dear."
Marco watched him go, trying to ignore the pang in his heart, Heck… I've always noticed….
Once out of the allyway, rashe headed towards a small apartment building. He set his things down and layed in the couch
Marco sighed, heading off down another alley, before climbing up an old fire escape.
He glared at the TV and groaned "smooth as silk Rashe, smooth." He sat up arnd an a hand through his hair. He headed to the window and sat on the sill "stay safe, dear," he muttered
Marco huffed to himslf as he pulled himself up on the roof, sighing when he saw the cloth he'd drapped from the ducts.
He turned away from the window and headed to his bedroom, clutching the pillow to his chest as he fell asleep
Marco sighed, creeping under the cloth to the ragged sleeping bag he'd found in a dumpster, shifting to the form of a small terrier he curled up on top of it to sleep.
Rashe woke in the middle of the night, not being able to sleep. He got up and headed ouside, needing to clear his head
(Sorry! Had to go see the Canada Day Fireworks!)
Marco sighed, he'd been trying to sleep for ahile now, but even on a summer night it was still cold.
Rashe pulled out his phone and started to play some soft music as he walked through the empty city streets.
Marco sighed softly, shifting back, shivering a little before getting up to take a walk, hoping to tire himself out so he could sleep.
He hummed softly and weaved through the streets, coming to stop at the library's ornate staircase and sitting down
Marco slipped down the fire escape and into the alley. Wrapping his arms around himself he slipped out onto the streets, heading no place in particular.
