(That makes perfect sense. I do that all the time.)
"Bree." She said as she shook Carters hand. "What brings you to an inn like this one?" She asked.

"No reason, just bored." Carter ran a hand through her hair to push it back, ruffling a bit after pushing it back. "And nice name."
Bree smiled at her. "Bored and alone at this time of night? Don't you have friends or a significant other to be with?" She asked, curious.
"Well, I'd be with my twin but I'm on the run so no." Carter answered. "What about you?"
Bree laughed when Carter brought up being on the run. "Belive it or not that is the reason I am here as well." She smiled.
Carter chuckled and smiled a bit. "Nice, mind sharing the reason to you running away?"
Bree shrugged. "Arranged marriage for some sort of family deal." She said, coldly.
"Same!" Carter replied, trying to appear warm and friendly.
Bree chuckled. "Looks like we're in the same boat." She said.
"I guess so," Carter replied, also chuckling.
"Do you have a room for tonight then?" She asked, resting her head on her arm.
"Nope, planning on sleeping on the streets," Carter answered, wondering how Bree was so pretty. Stop, she's probably straight. Stop.
Bree frowned and shook her head. "A beautiful lady such as yourself shouldn't sleep on the streets. You can share a room with me." She offered with a smile.
Carter couldn't help the blush that appeared on her face, a small smile appearing on her face. Maybe she's questioning? "Are you sure? I don't want to bother you."
"Not at all! What would truly bother me was if someone like you spent a night out of the streets." She said, before standing up and walking over to the barkeep to actually get a room.
Carter's face flushed a bit more. "Thank you, I don't know how I'll ever repay you."
