Rosetta turned on the car and buckled herself in. Once Rika was buckled as well, she drove off.

Are we there?

"Not yet." Rosetta pulled into Rika's neighborhood and dropped her off at her house. "See you at school on Monday!" She called as she drove off.

Rosetta was out of earshot by that point, having already driven off.

Rosetta headed back home and decided to finish up her homework before dinner.

Rika, her mom was not home so she did not have dinner, she goes upstairs and goes to text Rosetta.

Rosetta looked down when she noticed a text from Rika.

Maybe she's eating dinner now… Rosetta hesitantly set down her phone and kept doing her homework for a while.

Rosetta had finished her work by now, so she was just staring at her phone waiting for a response.

Rika, you literally had breakfast this morning. Are you just being dramatic for attention or something?
