Ready to begin?

Tuesday, 5:00 AM. Work hours would start soon and Anneke was intent on ensuring she would see to them. But not before she drops by her dearests, Nolte’s place. Oh how she missed the man despite having seen him just yesterday. She couldn’t wait to be held in his embrace.

Or so she thought, but Anneke was a woman living a dream she could not wake up from. A dream she could not have, for she was a prisoner. And rather, it would be Nolte coming to see her instead of Anneke making her way over.

Nolte took his sweet time. He wasn’t looking forwards to seeing this thing. This annoying, pathetic creature that some how took to him. Nolte did not share the same feelings though.

It was thirty minutes after 5:00 when he left his tent and went towards where it would be.

“Ah—“ Her face brightened up, as she almost lunged onto him upon his arrival. “You’re back!” Anneke would’ve wrapped her arms around him if it weren’t for the fact they were tied behind her back.

Nolte hissed, pulling himself back from the thing. “Get off of me…”

Disgust would be been written on his expression if not for the fact it was almost covered up except for one eye. He couldn’t wait to get rid of it.

“But baby, I haven’t seen you in hourssss”… She whined looking up at him.

He shoved the thing away from himself. “No. Stay put.” Nolte dug into his pockets a little, and brought out a key.

Anneke gasped. “Oh! Are you taking us out somewhere”?

“No.” He prepared to grab onto it, which wouldn’t be hard. “You’ll be going out somewhere though.”

“So you won’t be going out with me”?

“No.” He freed it.

She lunged towards him even more now that she was unrestrained, wrapping her arms around his torso. “So good to see you”!

He gritted his teeth, grabbing onto it roughly and pushing it away, all while keeping a tight hold. Nolte brought it with him and began walking outside.
