I'm bored again, what did you expect? So, I surfed Pinterest for some ideas, and here's what Pinterest came up with that I liked. This will be an oxo, and I will most definitely regret this tomorrow morning, but -in a flippant tone- I don't care!

Hello! Of course I'm still up for this. Of course any normal and sane person might say no, as I'm in way too many rps for my own good lol but lucky for you, I'm not normal or sane at all!

Ha, me too! I wanna try one-on-one role-playing a bit more so here I am. Can we do the alien one or did you have a preference?

which alien one? could you give me a link to it? sorry… i don't want to have to look through all of them. (and by the way, i'm just putting out there that you can play more than one character. cause if we did the four horsemen than y'know, i don't really want to open this up to more than one person and not saying we have to do the four horsemen tho)

The last one on the list (https://pin.it/yospvpyrdeuock). I guess it doesn't specify that the non-humans are "aliens", extraterrestrial sounds better, but I figured I'd refer to them as such given the context.

ah, well okay, that sounds cool! did you have anything in mind for a plot? and did you want to play a human, alien, or both? (calling them aliens suits me for now)

Hows about our characters, or mine at least since I dunno if you're doing an alien or human, are just kinda idling about in space on their ship (or maybe they're doing some business or a mission) when they get the news about this planet full of humans? And the "space council" or whoever is in charge of intergalactic affairs assigns the space team to investigate. Also, I would like a human and an alien please.

cool beans! i was thinking about playing an alien and human as well. i got an idea just now, maybe perhaps our alien characters are just flying past somewhere and they spot the planet full of humans or smth idk really and they turn back and go home and tell someone and they get sent back out again to investigate

Ooo yes. And the prompt mentioned that humans are seen as one of the deadliest and most dangerous species, which basically makes it somewhat of a suicide mission for the team. Do you have a template or should I make my own?

General outward personality: He was teased a lot by his own kind because of his size, so he's often cold to those he's unfamiliar with or who "look down on him". He's really a sweet little guy who dislikes conflict more than he makes it seem.
What does this character do when…
~threatened?: His eyes glow, he growls and sometimes hisses. If he's with someone, his first thought is to protect them.
~scared?: He may go completely silent, he scratches his arms and the back of his neck.
~happy?: Squeaks a lot and bounces around, and his tail wags. He often tries to hide his excitement.
~nervous?: Scratches his arms and speaks quietly, squeaks a lot.
~mad?: He has a fluffy stress ball to squeeze to keep from lashing out. If he doesn't have it, he grips his pants, shirt sleeves, or tail.

~threatened? ~ glaring will most definitely occur. from there, the fight or flight instinct happens. if they stay, then they will try to fight the enemy off with whatever they have on hand, which is usually their short stock sunblade. if they run, adrenaline rushes through their body and they run, run as fast as possible to a safe spot nearby
~scared? ~ Beta usually runs. if the offender is obviously weak, then they will just attack them
~happy? ~ wiggles their pointy animal-like ears on top of their head
~nervous? ~ pins their ears against their head
~mad? ~ silently seethes with anger

Dislikes ~ when others use female or male pronouns when referring to them, lazy beings

~nervous?: Squeezes his hands and twiddles his fingers, gets nervous giggles.
~mad?: He doesn't get mad much, so anger usually comes out as aggressive "over-happiness". He often doesn't even realize when he's mad until he's alone and starts throwing stuff around the room.

(That's totally fine! Everyone has life outside of online, I totally understand! Just so you don't freak out if I don't reply within a couple of days like I usually do, I'll be busier than usual since school is starting soon for me, but if I'm lucky my history teacher will be mostly lenient on how we use our time in class like last year)

Beta was sitting in the copilot seat of spaceship Sirius 35A. The tag on their uniform read "Lieutenant Beta," and they glanced over at the blue, green, and white planet with an unknown name on pilot's window. "Beautiful," they breathed. "I've never seen that planet before, have you?"

Vega took a glance at the passing planet before returning to the controls in front of him. "Not that I can remember. And I think I would remember something like that." He leaned forward in the pilot seat and hummed. "Suppose we should send a message to the station and ask about it?"
