Name: Theodore Sebastion West-Phillips. He has two nicknames, Teddy and Seb. Only call him Teddy with permission.

Personality: Theodore is reckless and dangerous. He's always looking for an opportunity to create havoc and get in trouble. He can be slightly intimidating and only a little bit controlling, but it depends on who you are.

Looks: Very pale almost translucent freckled skin, a poof of wavy strawberry blonde hair, (that tends to lean more to the strawberry side). Wears big glasses because he’s blind as a bat without them. Skinny as a twig while also being short, around 5”2’.
Outfit: Often times dressed up in a green button up coat with a tail. Black pants and boots.
Personality: D R A M A T I C. Bubbly person. Loves lots of attention and always needs it, seems like a quiet type but once he is comfortable he never stops talking. Very much a people person. Loves nature and is a hippy. Passionate about the dark arts, but manages to contain it.
Any special powers?: He’s a witch, mostly specializes in nature magic.

The two feuding kingdoms of old England, they’ve been at odds for hundreds of years. Back to when the country still went by the name “England”. There’s been no endnin sight for years, until a treaty was signed, along with a promise to marry off heirs to the throne.

Oliver sat on the large, plush, chair. He eagerly awaits for his new suitor. He knew of his fate for years, but was worried, regardless. He tapped his foot, fixes his glasses, and attempts to brush back his hair, rising from his seat when the other man walks into the room.

Teddy walked in, then leaned against the wall. "You didn't have to stand up for little ol' me. Now I feel bad," He fake pouted. "You're the guy I'm marrying?"

Oliver falters slightly, “Why, yes…that’s me..” he doesn’t sit back down, and lifts his chin, “I can’t say I’m exactly pleased either”

"Oh, you're adorable, Four Eyes," Teddy smirked™. "Of course you're pleased. Everyone wants me. And then they find out I'm gay. And they just want to be friends then."

Oliver allows himself a tiny pout, “Four eyes?…you’re awfully full of yourself, aren’t you?”

"Course I am. I'm a Prince. Why wouldn't I be?" He smirked™. "Besides, someone has to lead the relationship."

Oliver puffs out his cheeks, a rather embarrassing habit he has whenever he’s frustrated, “Right, well my name is Oliver, not four eyes so you can stop calling me that”

Teddy smiled. "Oh, that's an adorable name. I'm Theodore. Usually, people would call me Seb, but you can call me Teddy."

Oliver’s face heats up more, “Okay then Teddy, nice to formally meet you then” he quickly looks away, his glasses slightly sliding down his nose.

Teddy walked over and inspected Oliver's face closely. He grinned, pearly whites shining. "Yeah, I would kiss you."
