Farah grinned. "I like the sound of that."

" what?" he asked and grabbed his book.

"You said Ms. Dowling," Farah repeated how he'd addressed her. "I said I like the sound of that."

" what about mrs. silva?" he asked and pulled farah into his arms.

Farah felt her heart race with excitement. "I like that even more. But aren't you pushing it a bit fast, darling?"

" i didnt say it had to be now did i? i just asked if you liked it," he said and spun farah around,

She laughed, wrapping her arm around his neck as he spun her. "I love it."

saul smiled warmly. he played some slow music from his phone. " i figured since we missed a lot of dances from training.." he said and held his hand out for her.

Farah's eyes softened, and she smiled as she slipped her smaller hand into his.

Farah sighed quietly and rested her cheek on his shoulder. This is nice.

saul rubbed her back gently, " so far, wha are thinking once we kill a the burned. whats your next job?"

"I'm Rosalind's protégé, remember?" Farah murmured. "I'm in training to be the next headmistress of Alfea."

" but you dont have to be." he said. " who cares what she says huh? we can run away, get away from here."

"And where exactly would we run away to?" Farah asked curiously.

" the other world, she ccant find us there.." he suggested

“You want to hide in the First World?” she asked incredulously.

" only if youd come with me, after rosalind disappears we'll come back and raise the next generation. " he said.

Farah sighed thoughtfully. “I’m not sure, Saul…”

" thats alright far.. just an idea"

She sighed and relaxed against him. “I would love to live like that though. Away from the Burned Ones. And Rosalind.”

" well.. burned will folow where we go."

“Why?” she asked softly. “They would stay in the Otherworld without a gateway ring.”

"its.. nothing nevermind.." he said and spun her around as the music faded

She closed her eyes and spun majestically. Her hair fanned out around her head as she twirled and eventually came to a stop.
