"Depends on what you mean by dangerous. We could do anything from poke a bear to jump across universes."
"Depends on what you mean by dangerous. We could do anything from poke a bear to jump across universes."
God, that girl was attractive. "Lets start simple. Let's poke the bear. You seem like you live for danger,"
"That obvious?" she asked, chuckling. For a second, Amber's eyes met the girl's, and she felt her heart skip a beat. Shit, no, this isn't the time to be a useless lesbian, she thought, looking away. "I'm Amber, by the way."
"Kaona. Weird, I know. I go by Kai. Let's get going," She said, getting off her stool. She almost extended her hand to Amber, but decided against it. Hopefully, she was attracted to women.
"I like it, it sounds kinda cool," she said, sliding out of her stool and following.
Kai pushed open the door, stepping into the cold night air. She stepped over to where her motorcycle was parked on the curb. It was leaf green, with yellow vines and plants painted on it. She handed Amber a yellow helmet, and strapped on her green one.
Kai straddled the nature-y motorcycle, waiting for Amber to get on.
Amber had to stop for a moment to stare in awe at the motorcycle. "Holy shit, that's so cool," she said, her voice almost a whisper. She's cute and she drives a motorcycle… oh boy, my gay ass is gonna die today.
Kai saw the look on Amber's face, and smiled. God, I hope she's hella gay
Amber strapped on her helmet before walking over to the motorcycle. She swung one leg over it, straddling the seat behind Kai and looping her arms loosely around her middle. "Is this okay?" she asked, her voice muffled by the helmet. Thankfully, the helmet also concealed her blush.
"Yeah, just hold on tight," Kai said, speeding into the night.
The breeze whipped her black hair, and a beautiful, intriguing girl sat behind her. Boy, was she in for an adventure.
Despite her attempts to stay calm, Amber freaked a bit once the motorcycle started going fast. She tightened her grip on Kai's waist and pressed herself against her, feeling like she could fly off at any moment.

Kai felt Amber grip her more tightly, but strangely, she liked the closeness. She pulled her motorcycle over, her feet landing on the pavement. They were in front of a dark, dismal building. A dark sign displayed 'Westover Mall' in large letters.
A abandoned, drifter infested mall. Perfect.
Amber hopped off the motorcycle, studying the building in front of her. "What do you expect to find here?" she asked after taking off her helmet.
“Adventure,” was Kai’s only reply. It was what she lived for. And this girl looked like an adventure. One that she wanted to take.
"Fair enough," Amber said, shrugging. She placed her helmet down on the seat of the motorcycle. "Let's go, then."
She didn't have to ask kai twice. The front doors of the mall opened creakily, not even bothering to put up a fight. Kai turned on the flashlight on her phone, and swept the beam of light around their surroundings.
It was as though everybody in the mall had disappeared suddenly, leaving it abandoned. The stores still had merchandise, their doors open. Signs announced sales that had long past. There was an eery silence, which might have been covered by voices and muzak in a normal mall. Of course, Kai knew what dwelled here.
Supernatural beings, like she and Amber. Of course, they were drifters or outlaws.
(hello?)
(sorry I just woke up like an hour ago)
Amber looked around curiously, taking in her surroundings. "How long ago do you think this got abandoned? And why?"
"About 10 years ago, I think. If I remember correctly, some physco brought in a radioactive bomb, but it never went off. Hopefully, being 'magical creatures' we'll be fine. Burry me in a lead coffin, just in case," Kai joked, and started walking.
"Oh jesus, is it still here?" Amber asked, suddenly tensing up.
"Oh, no. I'm sure some smugglers have done away with it by now," Kai said, and walked into a dim Forever 21 to the left. She walked among the clothes, noticing how outdated they were. Then she came upon a display of party dresses.
"That's good." Amber relaxed, then continued walking alongside Kai. She noticed the clothes as well, and laughed a bit. "Wow, you can tell this mall is old."
"Definetly." Kai laughed, showed Amber a dress, "What do you think? Pretty snazzy, right?" She joked. The god-awful dress was electric blue, had one tank-top strap on the left, and curved down on the right. It was form fighting until the knees, where it exploded in a puff of white tulle.
(I meant to respond to this I’m sorry)
