"no, not at the time but you never felt comfortable around anyone else. It just seemed that you liked being around V more than anyone else. I had my hunches but always thought that you were too young so I let it slide." Urielle shrugged and smiled at the two "seems as if I was right."
Nathaniel blushed a bit harder. "I suppose so… I-I always sort of felt a connection to V even when I didn't trust anyone else, although I didn't understand that feeling at the time. I could never believe compliments or anything positive from anyone but him. Whenever V complimented me… I felt different. My heart would skip a beat and my stomach would be all weird and I could never properly speak through being flustered… somehow, I felt like he was always telling the truth; that he… he genuinely liked me for who I was, even without my wings."
V's eyes softened as he heard his angel speak. He nuzzled into his neck and smiled softly, hugging Nathaniel close only wanting him closer.
Urielle smiled and nodded "and he always will." he stood and pressed a hand to both of them, "you deserve each other." he winked and headed to the door "if you need me, I'm just a prayer away."
"Bye, Urielle." Nathaniel smiled softly and kissed V, wrapping his arms around the other's neck. "I love you…" He murmured when Urielle had gone. "More than you could ever know, my love…"
"I think I can get an idea." He smiled and pressed their lips together, moving slowly as he roamed over to his neck and shoulders. "I love you too, baby. So very very much," he murmered against his skin "you're my everything, I don't think I would have survived this long if it weren't for you."
"The feeling's mutual, love…" Nathaniel tilted his chin up a bit as V roamed, shivering a bit.
V's free wing fluttered in content, wrapping around Nathaniel and pulled him even closer "my beautiful angel," He murmured against his skin, pressing his lips to his skin
Nathaniel shivered again, blushing. He lay his head on V's shoulder to get closer to him.
V stood up with a grimace, holding his angel in his arms as he sat on the couch. He layed with Nathaniel pressed against the edge of the couch. He pulled a blanket over the both of them and tucked nathaniel beneath his chin
Nathaniel sighed contentedly, snuggling closer to V when they were settled. "I love you…" He murmured softly.
V smiled down at him "I love you too, despite your breast fast items you choose to eat." He pressed a kiss to his head and nuzzled his fluffy hair
Nathaniel blushed a bit, huffing playfully. "I just like bagels, okay?"
V laughed and snuggled as close as he could to Nathaniel "the fact that you just like bagels and only bagels is what I'm teasing you about, dearest one."
Nathaniel huffed again. "Maybe you'd like them if you tried them…" He murmured.
"I do like bagels, just not every day 24/7." He laughed softly and pressed a kiss to his head
He shrugged. "Suit yourself. At least they're cheap."
"True, I might introduce you to waffles, they're like bagels but better," He pressed kisses to his lips,
"Better than bagels?" He raised an eyebrow playfully. "No such thing."
V nodded with a laugh "oh yes they are. you just haten't tasted how good they are."
"Mm… I dunno, love." He kissed V sweetly, hugging him tighter.
He hummed softly " are trying to convince me bagels are better by gissing me?" He pulled Nathaniel in for another kiss
"If you wanna take it that way, sure. Can't I just love you without a reason, though?" He kissed V back, his wings fluttering.
" You most certainly can," he murmured, kissing him back softly and snuggling close
Nathaniel sighed contentedly, happy to just cuddle for now. "I love you…"
"More than Bagels and waffles?" he teased, gently stroking his hair with a free hand
