Hi! I haven't really used this website so I don't really know the lingo or how things work, but I sure am trying!
Here's the character I plan to use!
Monika is a young human adult witch that mostly uses wind magic with bits of light and other variety of small spells that she's picked up on. She lives in an apartment in a big city with her two pets, Tomato (calico 10 yr old cat) and Biscuit (red coat 2 yr old welsh corgi). She works with her cousin (who's yet to be written about) at their local bakery mostly as a salesperson but sometimes bakes in the back if they've sold out.
I can fill out any sort of form you need me to fill out on top of this!

"You’ve been by here, like, six times today, and all you do is stare at the displays for five minutes and leave. Is there something you want, or…?"
"You just gathered up eight boxes of cupcakes in your arms, looked at me with bloodshot eyes, slammed money on the table, and said, “I’m going through a breakup.” You left immediately afterwards. I don’t know you, but I’m kind of worried about you."
"I just got a bunch of your mail and i'm really sorry it's wet, i didn't realize it came in until it was in my dog's mouth"
"I don't think I've introduced myself to you yet and we've been neighbors for almost 6 months so I brought some donuts from my workplace, can I come in?"

Here's the prompt I've already written out if you'd rather do this!
Monika pushed a tree branch out of her face as she went deeper into the forest. It had been over and hour of her being completely lost with no signal on her phone, and considering she didn't know any magic to cast herself home, she was forced to wander around and try to find a way out. She cautiously turned corners in the forest, trying to remember landmarks, going back and forth on whether she had already been at this tree, or maybe it was a different tree? Was there mushrooms on the last one? Had she passed this mossy rock 3 times already? She turned the corner a as she ran through the thoughts over and over again and smacked into a smaller tree, falling right on her back. She sat up slowly with a groan, rubbing her sore head as she tried to reevaluate her choices to wander into the forest. The sun was already casting a warm glow on everything as it set and she was no closer to getting home. She heard a subtle noise to her left, past the short bushes that had been mostly shielding her from the view. She looked at the source curiously.

Magic is common and has many many types include the elements, life/death, light/dark, and a bunch of smaller sub types dwindled down to even more specific types that people can specialize in. Some people are born with an innate skill of one magic, and some aren't. Any magic can be can be learned, but some people do alchemy instead, or just avoid magic all around. Magic tends to take some sort of incantation or handful of ingredients, and energy to cast. Smaller spells like shutting a door behind you take less energy, while trying to control an entire volcano can absolutely wipe you out just trying.
Elves, orcs, fae, and any other D&D race are commonplace, though same in D&D, some areas fancy certain species and other areas avoid them. No creature is locked into a morality though, unlike D&D. (also other species are ok just ask! D&D just hits a lot of species that are in here!)

- i like doing more goofy, friendship is power, maybe romance roleplays than other kinds! of course getting into darker themes type of thing is ok but that's what i like to stick to!
- i prefer to do lit style then the other kind!
- sorry if i'm also not super responsive, i get easily nervous with roleplays!
- feel free to ask about cryptids or instead of using D&D versions of species using more folklore versions or whatever, just let me know if you plan to do that!
