Sterling’s POV:
“Hey, I had her first,” I chuckled, bending down to the kid’s eye level. “We’ll come back soon, I promise. You can see her then.”

Eden’s POV:
I almost laughed at Sterling but controlled myself. Luke looked at me with his large eyes.
“You will?” He asked quietly. I nodded my head and ruffled his hair.
“I will, I promise,” I said to him. “Next week. I’ll visit next week, and I’ll bring the cakes you liked so much.”
Luke gave me another big head before he finally let go. I set my hand on the ground, picking myself up.
“Well,” I turned to Sterling. “Let’s go?”
Sterling’s POV:
“See you later, little man,” I said to the kid with a friendly grin before turning to Eden, my grin softening. “Yeah, let’s go. Think Gray and Violeta would like a ride?”
Eden’s POV:
I’m sure I looked like a lovesick puppy. I nodded at him, smiling.
“I think they do,” I nodded slowly, reaching out for his hand. “They’re probably outside.”
(Did they go outside yet? I thought they were still inside…)
Sterling’s POV:
“All right. I saw them not that long ago, they couldn’t have gotten far,” I said, offering her my hand with a grin.
(No idea.)
Eden’s POV:
I took his head shyly, linking our fingers together.
“I don’t think they’d leave without telling us,” I said. “But we should hurry. It is late, after all.”
I grinned playfully and flicked his nose, turning away. “Behave in front of the kids, Gray,” I tossed over my shoulder, making my way towards the exit.
(Lol. Whelp…)
Sterling’s POV:
“Of course. Let’s go wait for them by the car. We can text them if they haven’t joined in in five minutes,” I suggested, unable to keep from pecking her lips lightly.
Gray’s POV:
I looked at her back as she walked away, a bit surprised at her reaction.
Until my lips twisted into a smirk, that is. This was getting interesting… she was finally learning how to respond to me.
Shaking my head and laughing, I followed after her.
We’ll see how well you keep up that attitude… I said to myself, still laughing.
(Lol. Whelp…)
Sterling’s POV:

Eden’s POV:
“Sterling!” I squeezed his hand tightly. “There are kids!”
I caught up to Sterling and Eden, cheeks slightly flushed. I finally felt like I was slipping into the rhythm of the flirting Gray had set up for us, and it felt admittedly satisfying.
Gray’s POV:
I caught up to Violeta slowly, the smirk still present on my features. However, I didn’t look at her when I stopped walking.
“Well, today was fun,” I said to Eden and Sterling. “Thanks for suggesting this.”
Sterling’s POV:
“Yeah, this was a good idea, babe,” I agreed with Gray, grinning down at her before turning to Gray and Violeta. “You guys need a ride?”
I looked to Gray.
“Up to you,” I said, adding to Sterling, “We’re both going back to my place.”
Gray’s POV:
I looked over at Violeta.
“Yeah,” I agreed cheerfully. “This one here owes me a favor.”
Eden tucked a strand of her hair behind her ears before nodding.
“Let’s go, then?”
“Yup.”
I did my best to keep it together, to remain calm and composed in front of Gray and pretend that I wasn’t going to tease him until he went insane and completely dominated me in a kiss.
Gray’s POV:
They dropped us off in front of Violeta’s dorm. We bid each other goodbye, and right after they drove away, I turned towards Violeta.
“Well?” I looked at her expectantly. “Lead the way, love. I’m waiting for my prize.”
I laughed, the sound much more innocent than I would have preferred. "Patience, Gray. Come, let's go up to my room. Lillian's with her study group, I think."
A few minutes later, I was closing my door behind us, flicking the light switch on.
Gray’s POV:
The second she turned on the lights, I pulled her towards me, our faces so close, our lips barely touching. I kept my hands on her waist, eyes locking into hers.
“I’m afraid I’m getting rather impatient…”
My heart fluttered weakly, but I somehow managed to keep my composure and raise one eyebrow.
"That's your problem, isn't it?"
Gray’s POV:
“And what does that mean?” I raised an eyebrow, not moving from the position I put us in.
I gave a slow, one-sided shrug. "If you want a prize, you have to claim it. Don't wait around for me to offer it up.."
Gray’s POV:
What was she trying to pull…? Acting so calm and nonchalant?
“Ah, well, if that’s how it is, I don’t think I want it anymore,” I heaved a sigh, pulling away from her. “It’s better when you offer it.”
Dammit.
I didn't give up, though, however badly my body begged me to cave in to him. Instead, I only bit my lip (slowly) and shrugged again. "Want some cocoa?"
Gray’s POV:
My eyes stared at her mouth shamelessly, darkening with need and want.
“The only sweetness I want, sweetheart,” I started in a low voice. “Is your mouth.”
