The Academy is the top boarding school in the country for gifted middle-to-high-school-aged children who have been deemed… well, troublesome, to put it mildly. Children are sent here as a last resort for corrective action, and nearly all of our students graduate honorably. We would be very pleased to have your student join us, and we know they would be welcomed warmly!

Lupescu Academy was started in 1905 by Ambrose Lupescu, a werewolf, when he decided that the magically gifted students were not learning as well as they could be with non-magic students. Originally, it was for any students who wanted a better magic education, but it changed over time to become the reform school. There are still requirements that need to be met before a student is accepted, including, but not limited to, having magic gifts. (Of course.)

Welcome, new students, to Lupescu Academy of Reformation! We are sure you will find your time here to be challenging and enlightening. As you will find out upon arrival, this is no ordinary boarding school

Each of you will be assigned a dorm room and a roommate, who you will be living with until graduation. We will not tolerate any complaining against either the room or the other student you will be sharing your room with.

Your first week is dedicated to orientation, where students of all different ages, backgrounds, and abilities are split into groups. You will get to know each other and, hopefully, form new friendships from this experience.

• This is PG-13, so keep it appropriate for the younguns.
• No OP characters.

Name: Mercury "Fray" Frayne

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Appearance:

• Hair: Short, to her shoulders. Brown, but with streaks of lighter brown and and darker brown, making it seem like it has layers to it, or like it's always shiny. Curly, too, with paler ends. Never any barrettes or hair clips or anything in it.
• Face: Delicate, pretty features. A small nose, perfect lips, and high cheekbones, a little bit like an elf. She has really long, dark eyelashes, as well. Her eyes are brown, but her right eye has a spot of gold in it. Her lips are plump and pink.
• Body: Slender and curvy. She's about 5'6'', which she feels like is too tall, but she can't do anything about it. Muscular, from all the work she's done. Long legs. Kind of the perfect body… ish.
• Distinguishing Features: She has her ears pierced, one on each ear. She also has a tattoo of the names of her pack in flowing script around her left wrist. A long scar, that looks like a wild animal attacked her, all across her back, as a reminder that she will never be enough to save the ones she loves, but that she has to ask for help.
• Wolf Form: Her wolf form is pretty much the typical gray wolf. None of that "rare white or black wolf" stuff. Her coat is white and gray, with silver and black and a bit of brown. She is mostly gray and white, with her ears slightly brown. She is fairly large, not too big, not small, either. She has long, graceful limbs, and she moves with more elegance and strength than others of her kind. Her eyes are the typical amber, too. She looks like a normal wolf, really.

Usual Outfit: Usually in darker clothes, she hates anything too dressy. She mostly wears a leather jacket, band tee, and leggings. Sneakers, too, and a charm bracelet on her right wrist. She rarely puts her hair up, never in front of others, and usually wears the same style every single day.

Personality: She is cold and sarcastic, with a bit of cruelty. She hates admitting that she is wrong. She has a huge attitude, which often got her in trouble when she was younger. She doesn't open up very easily, and has the personality of a thorn bush if you try to push her. She loves the few friends that she has, and will die for them, or murder an entire continent of someone looks at them wrong. She is sly and manipulative, and hates being around people, preferring to be with her laptop and fake name, where no one knows who she is or what she looks like. She has a huge ego, and it is very hard for her to admit when she is wrong. She almost never apologizes, so she loses friends because they think she hates them. She has a cold temper, like ice, and keeps all her emotions on a tight leash. She likes to be in control, and to know exactly what is going on.

Flaws: She doesn't know when she's going too far. She will speak her mind without a thought as to how the other person will react. Her ego is way too huge, and she thinks she can do everything by herself. She doesn't rely on others, thinking she's the best, which often comes back to bite her. She is rarely willing to let anyone in past her barriers, and keeps her emotions under such tight control it's a miracle she hasn't exploded yet.

Favorite Food/Drink: Chocolate. She will literally kill someone for chocolate. It's her favorite thing in the world, and the higher the quality and quantity, the better.

Favorite Animal: Panthers

Favorite Color: A soft orange-color

• She has an older brother, Koa, who she absolutely adores.
• She hates her real name, Mercury, so she will kill anyone who calls her that.
• She's pretty good at hacking, and wants to make a job of it when she's older. She goes by the hacker name of Little Red Riding Hood.
• She has a sucky past, but I'd prefer it to come out in the roleplay.

Name: Ambrose Montgomery Walker

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Appearance: He has dark brown, curly hair that’s cut close on the sides and left a bit longer on top. He once bleached the tips of his hair, but he decided that he hated it and never did it again. Sharp facial structure with a slightly crooked nose from when he got into a fight one time. Golden eyes with a deep gray-green ring around the iris. Has dark stubble when he needs to shave. Lightly tanned skin. Built form, strong. He’s about an even six feet tall, barely under. His pack tattoo is on the outside of his shoulder and is the constellation Lupus.

Wolf form: Thick black fur with the same golden eyes. Larger than a regular wolf by a couple of hands. Sharp ears and fluffy tail.
Usual Outfit: A denim shirt with a T-shirt underneath, darker jeans, tennis shoes. A stainless steel watch that was given to him by his late grandfather, which is very important to him. He won’t bring that up, but if someone tries to take it from him, they will quickly find out that he is very protective of it.

Personality: He is cunning and smart, though he keeps the later to schoolwork. A little rough around the edges, but he can be pretty funny once you get to know him well enough.

Flaws: (He’s a new character, so I’ll flesh out his flaws here.)

Favorite Food/Drink: His grandmother’s homemade chicken pot pie served with a glass of ice cold, fresh lemonade. It reminds him of summers when he would go over there.

Favorite Animal: A red squirrel. And not because he’s part wolf. Never say that to him. You will find out the hard way that he doesn’t take to being made fun of well.

Favorite Color: Gold

Favorite Season: Winter. Feels nicer with his thick fur.

Other: He is an only child.
He was actually really close to his grandparents, but his grandmother died from cancer when he was twelve and his grandfather from Alzheimer’s when he was fifteen. Needless to say, he was devastated. He went through a rough patch for a few years, which is how he ended up at Lupescu. It is his third and final year at the academy, and he couldn’t be happier about it.
He’s pretty good at drawing, though he could use some practice with animals besides wolves.
