((Okay, dude, what the fuck.))
(And yeah I did lmao. I'm trying to get back into that original idea))
Eros shot her a wink, squeezing her hand as he tugged her back towards the jeep. "I'm not spilling, if that's what you're aiming for. You'll just have to see if you were right or not, love."
Before saying anything in protest, Abbie shut her mouth. "You suck. As do all guys." She then got in the passenger seat with an exaggerated sigh and a pout. It was hard for Abbie to not smile, and she was sure Eros could make her smile nevertheless.
Eros slid into the driver's seat, leaning over to peck Abbie's nose before starting the jeep. "And yet, you're still here. You like the surprise, I bet."
Abbie smiled, her eyes diverting from straight ahead to Eros. "You got me there. So…how long must I wait?"
"Ten minutes at the most." Eros promised, pulling out of the parking lot and onto the street. "It's not too far away."
"Okaay, am I permitted to say that I don't like surprises?" It wasn't that she couldn't stand them, moreover, Abbie got so anxious and excited over a surprise, at least, as a child she did. Nowadays, Abbie wasn't used to such things, not knowing how to handle it. Abbie fiddled with her fingers in her lap, biting the interior of her cheek, a bad habit that she couldn't drop.
"Flowers." Eros said with a sigh, flickering a glance over at her. "There's your next hint. A whole lot of flowers."
Abbie winced. "I…didn't mean to be rude. Or annoying. Crap, I'm being annoying, aren't I?" She digs her nails into her palm in embarrassment/shame.
