@croccin-champagne

omg consider: start off with the 'bev thinks superhumans are superior and is collecting people to take over everything because of that' and then move into 'it turns out they're actually pulling some massive plot to expose superheroes as corrupt/gov too, which would be fine and dandy if it wasnt set up like every superhero ever was corrupt(therefore potentially turning the entire general population against them) and they werent killing/hurting chunks of people in order to keep up the ruse until the plan could reach its climax'

a different idea to consider: similar as the above first bit, except instead of the twist, they're experimenting to basically 'gift' people powers, and in the process harming a lot of people because most of the slightly successful experiments turn monstrous and lose their humanity after a while and there's like maybe TWO who are even slightly adjusted.

@Aizawa-Sensei group

Yes, yes, yes! I love both of these infinitely!! but since I especially enjoy dark and questionable experiments I think I want to vote for the second one. Shoot though idk because the first one is also super appealing. Aaaaaahhh I don't know which one is better ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

@croccin-champagne

i meanโ€ฆwho says we only need one villain? what about the first one and the second, and the first one only works with the second as more a necessary evil to reach a good end goal, maybe there's some tension because neither of them thinks the other is quite right? idk, it might be too much to handle but it could be fun

@croccin-champagne

oh splitting them between us could be so fun! that way neither is shouldering the whole burden

do you think we should do full plotting, or just let it come as it does?

@croccin-champagne

works for me! leaves room for change and doesn't make us feel bad about deviating, either.

what else do we need? a vague idea of how our characters meet, team up(if they do), etc?

@Aizawa-Sensei group

Precisely!

Yes, I think we should decide how our characters meet, as well as work on how they come into contact with our antagonist(s). Another thing isโ€” are there any particular character dynamics we want to aim for? You already have your main girl, but I haven't decided which character I'll use yet. I usually do males so it will likely be a guy, but otherwise, he's a total blank slate right now.

@croccin-champagne

for the first bit: a key part of osora's character is her drive to be a hero and help people(partly selfish, partly selfess, as all good things are) so she'd very likely either already be vigilantizing around or training under a hero. likely the former aiming towards the latter. it could also work to put her right before she throws herself into it, in that limbo period between her tragic backstory arc and her beginning arc in this, and have meeting your character and the antagonists be part of her driving force. so that lends some potential for meeting both, although its also funny to consider them meeting some other, more mundane way. like a blind date set up by a mutual friend thats ruined by some attack, or going to help the same person, or meeting in some haunt of theirs

as for character dynamics(my favorite), im honestly not sure! osora's a mix of a lot of things. chaotic neutral/good, strong desire to do good things and help people but a certain selfishness almost unbecoming of a hero, and a willingness and almost inclination to do bad things to reach good goals. she also is seriously lacking in facial expressions and has a taste for trouble and sarcasm. so various pairings could be fun and interesting.

a strong willed and by the book type could lead to a good clash in interests, but they could also balance each other out when it comes to morality and means, her helping them realize that sometimes 'by the book' means more collateral damage, more chance of the bad guy getting away. and them helping her to learn to think things through sometimes, that a gut reaction isnt always the best in a delicate situation.

there's also the 'heart of gold' hero type that could work well in a dynamic, especially when it comes to tension relating to osora's powers and nature.

those two could be blended well, but so could the latter with an almost naive and far too hopeful and cheerful type. someone softer, but also who maybe isnt quite prepared for what being a hero means.

my brain is already coming up with a million possible scenes for either lmao. not to mention that those arent the only existing character base types for dynamics, and that theres a lot of subcultures of each

@Aizawa-Sensei group

Oh dang, oh dangโ€” I love both of the base types you just mentioned and my brain is already working to form characters from them. I hope I don't have to resort to eenie meanie miny mo to choose. Maybe I should make two characters altogether and pick one from them?

I am already so pumped up for this and we haven't even started!!

As for their meetingโ€ฆ I love the various options, and too many of them look like they could work out so perfectly. But I do kind of enjoy the idea of a slightly mundane and perhaps even humorous meeting between the two!

@croccin-champagne

I think deciding between two could be a good idea! and then you have an extra character to use as a side character, or in another roleplay!

duuude same

I think its a great way to throw in some levity before what's bound to be a decently dark roleplay! we have to get it in somehow lol. now we just have to decide what that mundane and humorous thing is

@Aizawa-Sensei group

Yea okay, awesome!! Should I do sign-ups or just basic descriptions of them? You already gave me Osora's link so it's not really necessary to make a sign-up for her unless you just wanted to. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Yes, I agree. Hmmmโ€ฆ it's 1 am here so I may crash, but I'll be thinking on it, trying to stew up an idea.

@Aizawa-Sensei group

Okay, awesome! How does this look for a temp?

Gear isn't necessary, but it would just be any extras the characters had, like weapons or technology or tools, or etc. Anything they carry with them on a regular basis that might be important to mention.

Uhhh, as for age rangeโ€ฆ I'm not sure. If we wanted them to be younger, like teens, it'd be kindaโ€ฆ idk. Sadder, I guess? Because they're pretty young (and we'll probably end up putting them through it). But, adults would give us more room for backstories and whatnot. I assume most heroes are adults, so if our characters were young adults (20s) it would probably be the norm, but if they were in their teens, it would probably be surprising and even impressive. Other heroes could also sort of view them as somewhat inferior given their age difference, which would add in some drama.

I would sayโ€ฆ not extreme, but still with enough dystopian vibe that everything kind of lowkey sucks if you know what I mean. Maybe the existence of superheroes is such a big deal and heroes are so popular because they're one of the few "positives" society has left to cling to, ya know? Idrk. What do you think?

@Aizawa-Sensei group

Name: Asher Kingston
Alias: Publicly, he is known as Shield; however, he secretly operates under the vigilante alias of Renegade.
Age: 17 years old
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Backstory:
As the only son of famous heroine Fortress, Asher has been expected to become a superhero for his entire life. His mother is incredibly well-knownโ€” a strong woman with powers that only make her seem more indestructible and a reputation for defending her fellow heroes (where she earned her nickname)โ€” and, as a result of being the child of someone so popular, Asher has more or less been a celebrity his whole life.

His abilities are similar to his mother's in that they provide a good means of powerful defense and offense, so it's no surprise that he's been told all of his life that he would grow up to be a hero and follow in his mom's footsteps. As a child, he always grew excited at the idea; after all, he always idolized his mother. He never knew his father (according to Ash's mother, he died when Ash was only a baby, killed by a villain seeking revenge), and he developed a close relationship with his momโ€” who was Asher's hero in more ways than one. To one day fill her shoes and become a second-generation hero was his childhood dream. And it was regularly reinforced. "You're going to be an excellent hero someday; just like your mom!" was something he commonly heard throughout his youth, among other compliments and encouraging words that fed his desire. Although he struggled with self-esteem issues and fear of not living up to his mother's reputation, he was still determined to be just like herโ€” to be a hero who could make a difference.

Untilโ€ฆ he realized that everything he'd grown up believing was a lie.

At the age of 15, Asher made some personal discoveries regarding his mother's job as a hero, as well as coming to multiple shocking revelations about hero society in general. At this point, his mother had already began training him to become a hero himselfโ€” an opportunity he embraced with the utmost enthusiasm. His hero name had been Shield, something that fit well with the theme of his mother and suited his powers. He had never embarked on anything too dangerous, but had helped a few various heroes (including his mama) with various missions, and fought in a lot of training simulations. But there was still a lot he didn't understandโ€” apparently, even about his own mother. To this day, he's not sure what she has done or what she is involved in, but too many things don't add up, and some strange data he found on one of her computer systems revealed to him that sheโ€” as well as two of her hero colleaguesโ€“ had been in contact with several criminals within the city.

He tried to shove aside his accidental discovery, make excuses to explain it, but time seemed to make it all the more obvious. He went through a period of depression as the realization that the heroes he was working alongside weren't exactly what they claimed to be. The realization that his mother, his hero, was not everything she claimed to be. Was she fake? Were they all? Was he just paranoid? The passing of each day only seemed to make it clearer to him that society was even more screwed up than he thought, and that, at the end of the dayโ€ฆ were heroes even making a difference?
Would he ever be able to make a difference?

After going through a couple-months of wrestling with his struggles and depression, he nearly quit his hero gig before deciding that such a choice was the wrong one. He could not mention to his family or friends that he was beginning to doubt the way hero-society operated, and given how enthusiastic he had always been about being a hero, quitting would raise a lot of questions. He was too well-known for that, anyway, and would never hear the end of it. Besides, he wanted to be a hero. More than anything. He justโ€ฆ wanted to be a real one. But he couldn't do that to the fullest living in his mother's shadow or following along with the rest of the heroes training him.

So he created a second-alias, a secret persona that no one would know about and called himself the Renegade. Nobodyโ€” nobodyโ€” knows that Asher Kingston is Renegade; no, they all know him as Shield. He's half-certain his mother would kill him if she found outโ€” especially if he knew he was using the alias to try to get to the bottom of the secrets his mother has been hiding about herself and some of her hero colleagues. As Shield, Asher continues to play the part of a famous hero-on-the-rise, plastering on a convincing smile and following along with the rest of them, blending inโ€” but as Renegade, he sneaks out onto the backstreets, searches for real crime, for real criminals, for a world that he can change, and for answers.
Personality:
ENFx-T
He is neutral-chaotic good, probably a bit more on the chaotic side. Perhaps a lot more on the chaotic side, really. A passionate, expressive guy with a heart of gold, Asher sincerely cares about people and is, overall, incredibly selfless. He wants to do what is best and what is right, always, and will never hesitate to help someone in need. Generally, this is a good thing, but he does have a tendency to sometimes let his emotions get in the way of logic. As a result of this and his naturally chaotic behavior, he is highly accident prone, and it's not uncommon for him to get himself injured or banged up during a skirmish. Sometimes he puts himself out more than is necessary, hoping to please others and make them happy.

He loves to tell jokes and try to be funny, because, second only to saving and helping people, Asher loves to make people smile and laugh. He is sensitive to others' needs and tries hard to be empathetic; he wants to be someone people can depend on to always be there for them and never judge them. An unfortunate side-effect of his altruism is that he can be too trusting of others, trying so hard to see the good in them that he overlooks their flaws to an extent that is not quite wise. His loyalty to people who are not loyal to him may endanger him in the future.

He is highly-sensitive to criticism, particularly if someone can make him doubt his own integrity; it does not take much for him to begin doubting himself. He fears being led by the wrong desires, especially since he knows he does have a need to be accepted and liked by others. Fear of rejection, fear of not being "good enough", and fear of becoming corrupted or a phony often plague him and sometimes cause him to have great anxiety.

He's protective of his friends, strong-willed, and determined. Sometimes he doesn't know when to quit and is the type of person to keep fighting to defend someone else even when he should try to escape and seek medical attention. He would never leave an ally behind. He's highly forgiving and usually pretty laid-back.
Likes- He seems to like almost everything when you first meet him. Making new friends; helping people; deep discussions; nerds/smart people; learning new things; jokes and puns; animals, especially dogs; music (his favorite being hip-hop and EDM); all seasons; late nights; dancing, even though he sucks at it;
Dislikes- Spiders; being alone; sometimes himself; too much structure/being forced to follow a specific plan or guidelines (i.e., feeling controlled); liars (uh, though he is a surprisingly good one when he wants to be); inauthentic people;
Physical Appearance:
Body- He stands at 6'2", and overall has quite a broad build. His shoulders are especially wide, though overall he is really a rather built guy. He is incredibly strong too, and you can tell; his body is solid from working out quite a lot. He has fair skin that tans well during the summer.
Face- He has an oval-shaped face; bright, blue-green eyes, thick blond brows, an average-sized Roman nose, thick lips, and a prominent, sharp jawline.
Hair- Dark blond, with a bit of a wave too it; it's incredibly thick, styled in a messy taper-fade that refuses to obey him, but most people find it endearing. He usually tries to style it up, though.
Extra- He looks very approachable and has a warm vibe to him. He is Caucasian.
Clothing:
On a casual day, he doesn't wear anything too outstanding: fitted t-shirt, sometimes sleeveless, or a sweatshirt, oftentimes with the hero symbol for his alias Shield on it, since everyone knows who he is anyway (and he likes his own merch tbh); a pair of dark jeans, sometimes skinny jeans, sometimes just basic, but he prefers dark jeans over light ones; high-tops or sneakers, usually bright colors. He also likes hats, particularly ball caps and beanies, and will wear them on occasion. Though his clothes are usually expensive, it's nothing to fancy; you wouldn't know he was wealthy and semi-famous at first glance unless you recognized him.

As Shield, his hero-costume is dark blue, piped with light-grey accenting. A small symbol that resembles a shield is printed on the front of his chest, on the left side (where you might imagine a pocket to be on a men's shirt). The costume is form-fitting, but not ridiculously tight, allowing for ample movement and breathability; sleeveless, generally, with two metal cuff-bracelets he wears to help amplify control of his abilities; dark grey boots and a belt.

As Renegade, his costume is a light light grey, essentially white, with blood-red accenting and detail; this suit is more armor-based, complete with a helmet that completely hides his face and alters his voice. The suit does have some technological extras, but nothing too advanced; night vision, heat signature detection, etc., but nothing crazy extreme. Devices built into the forearms of the suit help amplify control of his powers, much like the bracelets he wears in his Shield costume. His Renegade costume is kind of epic but I suck at describing it.
Strengths: Charismatic. Calm in a crisis. Optimistic. Caring/sensitive to others. Strong-willed. Altruistic. High pain-tolerance. Physically strong.
Weaknesses: Sensitive to criticism. Hard on himself/doubts himself. Too trusting. Too selfless for own good sometimes. Accident prone. Sometimes emotionally driven or prone to poor planning.
Abilities: He can create energy-based forcefields, "shields," "armor," and fire blasts; he has meticulous control over his powers, able to create things incredibly small, shaped tangible objects made from pure energy, or massive walls to protect himself and others. He can also create a sort of energy around his body that functions as armor or a shield. The things he creates with his energy are often a translucent glowing white. Creating the energy requires a lot of mental focus; he cannot create large walls or objects for long periods of time before they dissipate. His power is largely used for defense but can also be highly destructive; he can move the walls and forcefields as well as trap his enemies inside if he so wishes (in addition to being able to fire the aforementioned energy blasts). I am awful at explaining, but his powers are hyper-specific in my mind. Think of Susan Storm/Invisible Woman's forcefields (no invisibility tho) + Armor's (from X-Men; if you don't know who she is you can google "X-Men's Armor" and she comes up; his power isn't hers by any means whatsoever but it has a similar vibe) forcefield-armor power + the ability to fire short energy blasts.
Gear: His suit, mostly. He chooses not to carry any extra fatal weapons because killing people is not on his agenda (he would likely only do so by accident, and afterwards he would be feel so guilty).

personally id prefer teens, for the reasons you mentioned and to make it sadder lol. but I can see the merits of adults as well

and as for the setting, hell yeah. so like, society is probably collapsing and people are fighting tooth and nail to pretend its not?

CHARACTER #2 [Also unfinished!! Just a preview rn tbh]

Name: Aarav Aimes (pronounced Aims). Some people call him Ravi, but he only allows for this if he's close to you; if anyone he doesn't know well tries to call him that, he gets irked.
Alias:
Age: 16 years old
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Demisexual
Backstory: Aarav is the eldest son of a brilliant yet failed inventor by the name of Dr. Viktor Aimes. As a child, Aarav's life was fairly pleasant; he spent his free time watching his father work on various creations and reading comic books. Aarav was always intrigued by comics books and movies depicting superheroes, though even at a young age he could see that there was some inconsistency between those idealized versions from the past and the real thing. After all, the comics were just stories; this was real life. And in real life, people are only human.

Becoming a hero was not something Aarav ever thought he would be able to do; although he found his ability very useful, especially when he decided to begin working with his father in robotics and computers, it didn't seem like the kind of power that would do him much good against criminals or villains. Most superheroes have a more physically powerful ability. Aarav's would never get him anywhere in a hand-to-hand battleโ€” especially if he was up against someone who did have a power more impressive and destructive than his own. Aarav grew up with intentions on fulfilling his father's failed dreams, of working largely with computers, robotics, and inventions derived from such.

Aarav's mother was a wonderful woman, incredibly kind, but she died due to unfortunate and unpreventable natural causes when he was around 8 years old. She had always been a fan of superheroes, and when Aarav was very young, she would play "superhero" with him; those memories of her are some of his fondest.

Throughout middle-school and early high-school, Aarav was brilliant, several years ahead in his classesโ€” but he literally sucked at socializing and struggled to make friends. Connecting with people was impossible, and his rather odd-turned personality turned people away. He could not fit in and was unwilling to change himself to do so. Though he had no friends, Aarav was very close to his father and two younger siblings.

Unfortunately, financial troubles and depression from the death of Aarav's mother led Dr. Aimes down a path that was not suited for his characterโ€” one that involved him selling his inventions (which were incredibly dangerous) to some crime gangs within the city. Aarav knew of this and convinced his father that it was irrational, that he needed to stop dealing with these people; Viktor, guilty for endangering his children and realizing his desperate and foolish mistake, tried to fix itโ€” but by then it was too late. It was not something he could simply walk away from,

Personality:
MBTI: INTJ-A
Likes- Computers; cats; gadgets and electronics of any kind; coding, programming, and similar hobbies; casual debates; comic books; winter; Classical music; chess; planning and structure; learning new things;
Dislikes- Surprises; group outings; summer time/hot weather; sugary candies; obnoxious people; emotionally-driven people; sometimes people in general;
Physical Appearance:
Body- He stands at approximately 5'10, with a rather wiry build; lanky limbs, narrow shoulders, veiny hands. His feet are somewhat large proportionally.
Face- He has a diamond shaped face; dark brown eyes with long dark lashes, a prominent nose, and thin lips. His expression is generally very stoic. His teeth are very white, and a few on the bottom are a bit crooked. He looks older than he is, especially when the occasional dark stubble begins to grow on his jaw after days of not shaving (he can't grow a full beard though; just a lil bit of scruff that he usually hates and shaves off as soon as it occurs to him).
Hair- Thick, curly black hair that is a bit shaggy, hanging down around his ears. It's long enough to be pulled back into a very short ponytail, as he occasionally does.
Extra- He is half Indian, half Caucasian.
Clothing:
Strengths:
Weaknesses:
Abilities: Technopathy. He can access computer systems telepathically, cause them to shut down/power on, malfunction, or retrieve information from them. His powers are enhanced by an small computer system surgically implanted in his brain. He must be within a certain radius of the computer system he is manipulating, and over-manipulation of a computer system can cause him to suffer from temporary amnesia and/or disorientation. His powers are not limited to large computers but can also interfere with smaller gadgets if they are high tech enough to include computer-like elements. E.g., he could not interfere with an older car that had little to no computerized elements, but he could probably manipulate a self-driving car or anything with more complex technological parts.

@croccin-champagne

Name:
Osora Tokino

Alias:
Scythe

Age:
17

Gender:
Female

Sexuality:
Panromantic demisexual. Briefly dated two of her best friends.

Backstory:
Was raised by a single mother with help from her grandmother, along with her older sister and younger brother. They're all extremely close and would do anything for each other, regardless of the fact that each of the kids has a different father.

All her life, Osora's abilities have marked her as someone destined for evil. She hates that. From a young age, she set her mind to becoming a hero, in part to help people and also to prove everyone else wrong.

When she was fourteen, she was caught in the wrong place at the wrong time trying to save someone from an infamous villain at the time, nicknamed the Puppeteer. She was then kidnapped and held captive for a few weeks, before managing to escape and kill him, although the details of her killing him have been covered up for a long time. That event threw her into vigilante work with her friends, which eventually got them the attention of a professional hero, although she turned down an official apprenticeship in favor of playing by her own rules, as well as due to a distrust of the system.

Personality:
She has a concerning tendency towards grey actions for a good cause, as well as selfish motivations for things. The latter less concerning most of the time. She's willing to do nearly anything to reach a goal she has, including harm people she deems worthy of harm. Loves a good prank and witty one-liner, and her best friend has only furthered that. She does have a good heart, though. She genuinely wants to be a good person, she just doesn't have the same idea of 'good person' as other people do in some senses, because of the things she's grown up seeing, as well as knowing that plenty of 'good people' aren't even good. Has undiagnosed ADHD, and can't stand the quiet because it makes her feel alone.

Likes-
Crows, beans, Kara-age, clocks, knives and other blades. Writing, her friends. Fireworks and staring up at the night sky, the balcony outside her bedroom, her family and friends.

Dislikes-
Puppets. The quiet, quick-to-judge people, plain colored band-aids, the sound of bangle sets on people's arms.

Physical Appearance:

Body-
Small and a mix of curvy and muscular that leans more towards the muscular aspect. Lean muscle, harder to notice and therefore worse to contend with. Olive skin, and a multitude of scars, a good number of which are self inflicted in order to use her abilities. Others aren't, such as the scars around her wrists and ankles from bindings. She's 5'3.

Face-
Dark red, almond shaped eyes, that glow a brighter red when she's utilizing her abilities. Her jaw is sort of sharp, and there's a cut through one of her eyebrows, as well as heavy bags under her eyes form lack of sleep.

Hair-
The color is pure white, although the ends are ombre-dyed black. It falls to around her shoulders and is more straight than anything, and is often pulled back when she's doing something.

Extra-
Has a tattoo on her right inner forearm of a gold pocket watch surrounded by cherry blossom branches and blooms, and blue hydrangeas. It gets touched up when scarring mars it. She has a crow feather with a gold shaft resting at an angle over her left collarbone.

She's Hispanic-Japanese.

Clothing:
Usually sticks to muscle tanks, and tank-tops in general. Doesn't mind cropped shirts or a tube top/bandeau top look. The more skin showing, the easier it is to draw blood or pull bone from underneath the skin. If she absolutely must, she'll toss on a zip up hoodie that's either black or red, easier to hide stains. Her favorite shirt is one her little brother got her, a black muscle tank with, full joke intended, a skeleton design on it, sort of emulating an x-ray of her spine and ribs.

As mentioned above, the more skin, the better for Trick use. Meaning, she tends to go with jean shorts, often frayed, or ripped jeans. She's always preferred pants over skirts, though she might wear the occasional circle skirt if she's feeling it.

Combat boots are her defacto choice in footwear, this worn pair of black boots her mother bought her. Her sister once replaced the laces of the left boot with red ones instead of black, and she's too busy to bother changing them back. Likes flip-flops as an alternative, strappy sandals if she's worried she'll run into trouble.

Keeps either a drawstring bag or decent sized purse on her, and her ears are lined with piercings. Two silver studs on her right eyebrow, and is in the process of convincing her mother to let her get something a tongue stud. Doesn't wear a whole lot of jewelry otherwise.

Her vigilante fit is almost entirely home made, except for the shoes, which were a gift from a friend of hers. The top is a cropped, form fitting black tank top. That's paired with black shorts, sorta split up the sides to allow access to her legs, but with gold lacing to keep from, y'know, flashing the entire goddamn world. They're a sort of legging-like material, but a bit more sturdy. Shoe-wear is a sort of gladiator-style sandal but designed to be waaay better for movement, because we all know those damn things ain't. In black, obviously. She does wear a mask, even though she isn't too concerned about hiding her civilian identity. It's black, with red around the edges, and sharp corners; sort of similar to Green Arrows in terms of style.

Strengths:
Willing to do the things necessary to accomplish a goal or save people. Good with mechanics on a delicate and large level, and has a large knowledge of medical and anatomical things thanks to her mom and her abilities. Occasional good memory, and a good poker face. Incredible liar, and knows a good number of people in all walks of life. Knows how to use multiple types of weapons.

Weaknesses:
Uses her gut reaction a little too much, will often put people she cares about over the greater good(a good or bad thing, depending). Can be prone to emotional reactions. Doesn't do well with authority and doesn't trust easy, and is easy to anger if you bring up certain things. Needs therapy.

Abilities:
Manipulation of blood and bone. She's never tried to to do it anyone else, so she's isn't sure if she even could, but is pretty sure she can't. Her bones and blood replenish incredibly fast, meaning she can remove her own bones and fashion them into weapons, and they'll rebuild themselves. This does require energy, and she has to drink a lot of milk and eat things like red meat, spinach, and beans to replenish those resources.

Gear:
Often has part of or the whole scythe, made of her own bone.

Other:
Literally packs around iron supplements and calcium vitamins because of her abilities.

@Aizawa-Sensei group

dammit, i'm already loving both of them????

Ahhh thank you so much. I'm trying to get them finished but college is punching me in the kidney.

also, one more question i swear(for now), but would abilities be hereditary or a genetic mutation?

Hmm honestly I guess I kind of assumed they wereโ€ฆ both? Like a genetic mutation that can be passed down but doesn't necessarily have to. I just imagine that more often than not, if two powered individuals have children, the kiddos likely have powersโ€” but, someone can have powers without either parent having them, or a child may not have powers even if both parents do. I'm not really sure. What do you think works best? (And questions are good so don't worry XD)
