The dystopian world is kinda based on mafia-run towns from the 60’s with a futuristic twist, and it’s rated R for, well, dystopian stuff

Actually has morals and a bit of good in him, but he doesn’t believe that there’s anything good about himself left
Other: Part of a rather “classy” gang called The 23 (he joined to survive and does their dirty work usually), actually rather cuddly and hordes blankets and pillows so he can bury himself in them when he gets the chance, smokes and drinks but usually saves the drinking for mandatory parties and such, has some skeletal enhancements that make him stronger than average
