“I only heard what you said, not what Tom said. And I don’t really understand why you didn’t tell me, cause I told you about Rosaline, and I thought we were honest in our relationship,” Norah blabbered, eyes watering slightly. Honesty was very important to her in a relationship, ever since her falling out with Rosaline.
"I have been honest with you, but Tom's a part of my past that I don't like talking about," Nate explained. "I don't even like talking about him with my family, and I trust them with everything." He couldn't meet her eyes. Tom had hurt him pretty badly, and he'd vowed not to talk about him again.
