"Kicked out." Beau leaned against the doorway, more relaxed now that he knew that Alex wasn't immediately going to kill him. "They let me keep my wings, though, since I didn't really break any rules purposefully." He examined his fingernails casually. "Got kicked out for my sexuality. Not that that's a surprise to you, since I literally announced that I was 'queer' just about thirty seconds ago."
Alex let out a dry laugh, continuing to flip and catch the dagger in his hand, “Good thing about being a demon, they don’t care about that shit. If they did I wouldn’t be here. As long as you can kill you can do whatever.”
Beau shrugged. "It sucks sometimes, but whatever. Life just kinda sucks every once in a while. I don't hold a grudge for it. Now I just sort of roam and do what I want. Can't say I've killed anyone, though. Not really my style."
"Life sucks all the time, be glad yours only sucks once in a while. And you should try it sometime, it's pretty fun. Adrenaline inducing. Oh and the screams, its like a wonderful symphony." Alex smirked at the thought.
"Eh… I may have been kicked out of heaven, but I do still have morals." Beau sat down on the ground. "You do what you want, though. As long as you don't kill anyone I care about we'll be alright. Do all demons live up on earth, by the way?"
Alex sighed, "You're not fun. And no, not all demons live up on Earth. Most live down in Hell but some of us find it too suffocating and want to get away. Others have bad memories and want to leave in some way and others just want a vacation for a little while."
"Mm." Beau was quiet for a few seconds. When he thought about it, he actually sort of found Alex a bit… attractive. No, stop thinking like that. He literally just kidnapped you for the hell of it. Yeah but he's kinda hot though… His face flushed a bit thinking about it. "S-So… um… do you have any family? Friends?"
"Hm… no. My family I don't consider my family and everyone is scared of me," Alex shrugged, staring out the window not too far away, "I'm a lone wolf, as humans say."
"Oh… I don't care about my parents really, but I've got my sister, Trinity. If you touch her, I'll get over myself to kill you though." Beau said with an entirely serious tone. "But you know… earth is cool I guess."
Alex held his hands up in surrender for a few seconds, "I woulnd't dream of touching her. My parents never cared about me and neither did my older brother, at least you have a sister," He looked back, "And Earth is okay. It's boring though and brighter…" His nose crinkled up in distaste.
Beau nodded, staring off into space. "You see some things down on earth that you don't in heaven. You know… trees and stuff. It's kinda nice to see it all up close instead of just from the clouds." He reached up to his neck to adjust his bandanna when he realised it wasn't there. "Hey… What did you do with my bandanna?"
"Bandanna?" Alex tilted his head to the side and raised a brow, thinking, "It's probably in the basement, hang on." He jumped off the chair and headed back down into the basement, searching for some form of bandana. He didn't know why Beau would want it but each to their own.
(Hey he's just wondering why Alex took off part of his clothing lol)
Beau sighed and followed Alex down to the basement. After looking around for a moment, he found it neatly folded on top of a bookcase, which he found strange. Whatever… He shrugged and tied it back around his neck, running his fingers through his fluffy hair after doing so. His back was facing towards Alex.
(Oh shit my b)
"Ohhh, now I remember. I was going to tie your hands up with it but it was too short. Hence the rope," Alex picked up a book from the bookcase and flipped through the pages, "Didn't think you'd actually care about it."
(Lmao I'm creating random plot to push the ship XD)
"Uh… how long was I unconscious?" Beau asked, glancing beside himself at Alex. Damn it… Yeah so he is hot. Glad we got that cleared up, subconscious. His face flushed again and he looked away, fidgeting with the bandanna.
(Fat mood)
Alex looked over and placed the book back, smiling slightly as he noticed the blush on Beau's cheeks. Cute. "Uh, a couple hours, not long, really," He leaned against the bookshelf, crossing his arms, "Ya know just because I'm a demon doesn't mean I'm gonna force you to stay here. I'm not that mean."
"I-I dunno… I mean, it's not like I really have anywhere else to be or anything, so you know… I could stay a little longer…" Beau's voice trailed off at the end, and he kept his eyes firmly on the bookshelf so that Alex hopefully wouldn't notice he was blushing. (Even though he already did lol)
"Cool. Want anything to eat or drink?" Alex asked, already heading for the stairs. He didn't know why he was being nice. The plan was to kidnap him and then let him go and now he actually liked the idea of him staying. Stupid angel and his stupid cute face…
Wait, he's actually letting me stay? I mean, alright. Beau followed Alex up the stairs. "Um if you have coffee or water I guess that's fine. I'm not too particular." He took the opportunity to look around the house a bit while he fixed his messy wings.
The house was nice and fairly small as expected for a guy who lives alone. The living room was bordered off by a breakfast bar, the kitchen behind it. There was one bathroom and two bedrooms. Surprisingly, the house wasn't all black and red. There's was quite a lot of dark blue and some fake plants and barely any photos of Alex, his family or friends.
"Nice place." Wonder if he ever gets any visitors… Maybe that's why he kidnaps people? Beau wandered around a bit more, but didn't explore too much for respect for Alex's privacy. He had fixed his feathers at this point, and his eyes looked much nicer. (And soft if you know what I mean XD)
(Lmaoo)
"Thanks." Alex got back to making the coffee for Beau and a tea for himself. He couldn't remember the last time someone had stayed for this long, which was really sad when you realise Beau hadn't been there for that long, not counting the hours he was knocked out. He took the two mugs in hand and handed the coffee to Beau.
"No problem." Beau smiled softly. He didn't smile a whole lot nowadays since he hated his smile, but it was pretty cute. "Thanks for the coffee by the way." Beau sat down on the couch and quietly sipped his coffee, nervously crossing his ankles when he sat.
Stop it. Stop being cute. I don’t appreciate it. Alex frowned down at his cup for a moment as he thought then shook his head and followed, sitting across from Beau, “So, Beau, tell me a little about yourself.”
"Myself? Oh, um… Alrighty." Beau thought for a moment. "Uh, I'm pansexual…. I already told you about my sister… I really like coffee? Oh! And Twizzlers!" He smiled a bit, tapping his feet on the ground. "I-I dunno if you've had them, but they're a really nice human candy."
