She just kinda ignored his presence and then as he left she grabbed the pancakes pouring syrup on them and then eating them, dang these are actually kind of good. She was watching an anime ofc, why not man shes a weeb. My bearo academia. It's where bears go to school to become bearos or hero bears lolol. All bite gave his mighty bear strength, to bearku a weak nobody. She was on the episode where all bite tells bearku about his fight with all for none, and how it affected his abilities. She was watching intently.

Elliot hunched over the kitchen counter. What was he doing? inviting his enemy into his home, taking care of her, nursing her? They were enemies. He shouldn't be doing this. He should just dump her in an ally somewhere and be done with her. But there was a part of him that wouldn't allow him to do this. They may have been enemies, but he never treated her the way that she had been. It wasn't his work, nor would it ever be his work. He didn't make it a habit to beat up women. What was he to do? He couldn't keep her here? If he got caught with her here, the consequences would be severe. Even he wouldn't be able tot stop it.

Kali sighed, sitting in the bed and holding her knees up to her chest, she had turned off the tv so she could just sit with her thoughts. No matter how unpleasant they were, starting with the big one of why did he let her come on and stay? Why did he help her? Why had she even come here in the first place?
Well she could guess why.
She really didn't have anyone close she could just drop everything and go there, her family pretty much hated her at this point, she didn't have a multitude of friends to go to who could drop there stuff at the drop of a hat.
But why him? He seemed like the last last last option, but it seemed he had become the first one last night. She couldn't even remember before she came here and woke up, everything was blurry and in a daze, just all around hard to remember. She sighed as she just sat there.

A phone rang, breaking his thoughts. Elliot picked up his work phone. "Yeah?"
"You've got an assignment tonight. It's imperative that it gets done tonight. This is your only opportunity to get to him." The man on the other end spoke. "And if you get caught, there is nothing we can do to get you out."
"Now when have I ever gotten caught?" Elliot joked.
"You and I both know you have been before and it wasn't pretty. Let's not make a repeat of that. We're sending you the details to your laptop." Then the call went dead.
Elliot grabbed his laptop and opened it up. He clicked on his lastest assignment and almost cursed. They wanted him to take out the Russian diplomats. Russians were tricky and dangerous to mess with. If anyone even suspected it was him, Elliot would be screwed. Elliot didn't get caught though. He wasn't seen. He was in and out like a ghost.
