I kind of want to do a god and human falling in love, so…
I’m interested …
Ooh, sorry I disappeared, but if you want to join… yes!
I would love to join, thank you!
Awesome! Do you have any plot ideas you'd want to do?
Maybe … if the god fell in love with the human first, they’d present a sort of quest/chosen one type scenario to the human and force them into this unnecessary role(except that there really isn’t any need for a chosen one or anything). But they really just want to spend time with the human and hopefully win them over??? This could also differentiate depending on if this will be modern day. I haven’t put a lot of thought into this so …
Yeah, that could be cool! Would you rather modern-day, or sometime else? Also, do you have a preference between the god or the human?
Sorry, I had to make a cereal box. Uh, I don’t really have a preference, I’m good with anything you decide.
Alright, I can be the god, and modern times would work. How would you feel about a non-binary god? If you'd rather not, I have plenty more to choose from.
I’m chill with that. Is there a template or something you’d like me to use or …?
I don't have a template right now– I was just going to put in the character page, but I can make one really quick if you'd like.
If you could make one, that’d help me out. Thanks.
(Here we go! Feel free to add anything you feel necessary! This one's kinda bare-bones. I'm gonna fill it out at some point as well.)

(So, I've realized I'm very bad at making templates, so sorry about that! :)
Name: Lazare
Age: They lost count. In the thousands.
Gender/Pronouns: Non-binary. They/them
Sexuality: Pan
Appearance: Dark chocolate-colored skin, silvery freckles on the face. Very wavy white hair, falling to their waist. They usually have it in some sort of hairstyle that incorporates braids, their favorite being a sort of crown incorporating half their hair winding around their head, with the rest loose. They're 5'3" tall and have lime green eyes. They wear high heels and shiny jewelry a lot.
Personality: Their mood can change very quickly– they're kind of unpredictable. They don't always care about stuff, but when they do, they care a lot. They can't stand being bored or standing still for too long.
Other: They're the god of chaos. They have a locket filled with magical glitter that they love to sprinkle over everything. It's only magical glitter because it sticks to everything much better than regular glitter. Their powers are sort of mysterious, and not many people know what they actually do.
(It’s all good(and I love your character …)! Sorry for taking so long too. I didn’t check for spelling errors or whatever fyi, and let me know if I should fix or change anything.)
Name: Emilia Vantress
Age: 24
Gender/Pronouns: Female, She/Her
Sexuality: Pansexual
Appearance: Emilia is about 5’ 5”, closer to the shorter side and would just about fit into the small category. Her skin is a golden tone littered with beauty marks. A small diamond is tattooed under her right eye. Her hair was originally a pale brown, which she later on dyed a pastel pink and cut up to her shoulders. Her eyes are a cerulean blue, and in the sun look much lighter.
Personality: Emilia will keep to herself unless she specifically needs to socialize with others or she wants to. If you respect her, she’ll respect you. So if you go out of your way to annoy, you probably have a death wish. She’ll specifically pick out things she wants to care about and doesn’t want to, and there’s no changing that. She’s a bit sarcastic and rude to absolutely everyone(even if you’re special to her) but those she depends upon to restrain herself- she’ll always hold very dearly. Even if they hate her to the end of the world.
Her purpose in life is to essentially just adventure and do what she wants.
Background stuff?: Emilia was raised by someone who was probably her aunt but she never asked. There was no complaints though, since this was the kind of cool wine aunt with lots of money. Emilia moved out pretty soon after she finished school and now she just volunteers around whenever and draws a big. She’ll probably never need to worry about getting a job as long as her aunt is around.
Other: Despite what most people view her as and know her as, and how she normally is(unless she’d in a good mood), everyone can agree she has a smile that is on the Must Protecc list.
Oh, thanks! I love your character too, and she looks all good. Do you have any ideas about how this might start?
Not really … I can just have my character going about her day but it will mainly depend upon what your character does.
She could be going about her day, and maybe my character could drop in and offer her the quest?
That could work. Should I start? Or whoever finishes first’ll just go …?
You can start if you want.
(Sorry for taking so long. I got side-tracked watching a movie and then I had to make dinner.)
Emilia hugged a bouquet of flowers to her chest, walking back from some local florist. She was going to use them as a reference, since the internet couldn’t provide for her the exact things she needed, she’d have to get them herself.
She was on a streak of inspiration and motivation right, which is the best thing one could hope for. The day was also working in her favour, it was sunny and warm enough and not too overwhelming. Though the weather did bring more people outside.
In short, Emilia was in a good mood today.
She pushed open the apartment building’s door with her foot and attempted to single-handedly fish out her keycard. It was flicked out of her purse onto the floor, but at least there it would be much easier to pick up.
Em finally made it back to her apartment and put her bouquet of flowers into a vase she had already prepared. It felt exciting to slowly have everything put together for a nice drawing.
(You're good! What movie was it?)
It was finally the day. Lazare had finally gotten up enough courage– okay, that was a lie. They always had courage. But they'd finally figured out a good plan, and it was time to put it in motion. The only hitch was figuring out how to tell her. They'd disguised themself as the florist person who'd gotten her the flowers, but that didn't really feel right. So, instead, they had broken into her apartment. One possibility they'd considered was staying there and telling Emilia the good news in person, but that would've probably freaked her out a little, so they settled for a nice card, sprinkled with absurd amounts of glitter. They'd considered getting rid of that too, but it was their signature thing, and they weren't going to give up that for some girl. Even if that girl was beautiful and the most amazing person ever. On the card, written in a looping, elegant cursive, were the words, "Congratulations, Emilia Vantress! You have been chosen for a magical, very necessary quest. Please say the words 'I accept' to get more information! Thanks, a god." Lazare was really hoping she would accept, because if not, drastic measures would have to be taken. And they would be really sad. Heartbroken. Okay, maybe not heartbroken, but still.
(I Want to Eat Your Pancreas. It's some bitter-sweet anime film I've been wanting to watch, not everyone's cup of tea, but it was good and not what it sounds like at all.)
Emilia looked down to her table, on which sat a letter covered with glitter. Glitter was definitely on her 'Never Mess With' list, and before wondering where the letter came from, was the glitter.
She dropped her purse onto a chair and shoved her shoes into the closet.
She could deal with the letter now or she could wait until later so that her streak wouldn't be ruined, but the glitter was the current problem. As well as how it got there, the only reasonable person would be her aunt. Would she do this though? She probably would have just called her … so then how was this letter in her apartment? It didn't really matter though, she could just deal with it later.
She grabbed a packing envelope and pushed the letter into it in an attempt to keep the glitter contained. She could try and read it outside later, outside was deemed a safe place for glitter.
Though, she looked at her table with disdain, but she'd have to live with that.
"Oh well …" she sighed. "I'll deal with you later, so stay there."
She pointed to the packing envelope as if it were a misbehaving child and put it up on a shelf.
(Oh, nice!)
Lazare was disappointed that Emilia didn't look at the letter right away, but at least she hadn't burned it. That was definitely a plus. But they wanted her to open it now, not later. She seemed to be having problems with the glitter, and though it hurt their heart, it seemed that it had to go. The glitter on the table turned into bubbles, which rose into the air and popped, leaving nothing behind. And now to get the letter into Emilia's sight. The letter disappeared from the packing envelope and appeared in the table, glitter-free this time. And now they were waiting and hoping that she opened and read it this time. Lazare was watching and orchestrating this whole thing from the corner of the room, where they were invisible. So what if it was a little sketchy? They had make sure she got and read the letter. It was most definitely in the best interests of the entire world. Anne besides, those words on the letter weren't magical at all. If they weren't in the room, how would they know if she'd taking up the quest or not? And so they watched, hoping she opened the letter soon.
Emilia returned again to retrieve her vase of flowers and to try and clean the glitter.
Only to find the glitter gone, the letter returned and … bubbles? She rubbed her eyes, trying to see if she was imagining things.
“Dammit, I told you stay …” She spoke to herself, full well knowing that the letter wouldn’t have moved on it’s own. No one was here though, right? She would have seen them move the letter anyway.
She shook her head, and just took her vase of flowers. This letter could probably go onto the ‘Never Mess With’ list.
Her drawing had top priority right now though, so without the need to clean the glitter, she brought the vase back to her room.
