{So, the last time I tried this idea, the person I did it with was unable to continue the rp due to being super busy. I found this thread in my history again, and thought it would be fun to reboot it since I was actually really enjoying the rp.}

I don't know, I was just inspired by the rp "Twitch" and that reminded me of that online streaming service "Twitch" which led me to this romance prompt that I made up:

Two girls on an online chatting service (I was thinking Discord?) incidentally meet, and they make small talk when they see the other is online or when prompted by a message "Hi" or "Hello." Eventually, over time they get closer and closer. One of the girls (I'm going to act her), whose real name is Lily but goes by the online pseudonym "Alyssa," is pretty lonely and wants to be in a relationship. One day, she sends, "Do you want to be my girlfriend?" after talking about how lonely she is, and the other sympathizes with her. When the other replies back, "Sure, I don't mind," 'Alyssa' is very happy. She quickly writes, "I know we don't know each other outside of [insert the name of the online chatting service], but did you maybe want to meet up at say, a Starbucks or something?"

So here are some of the requirements for the characters -
~ must be 15-20
~ have to be in the same country, state, or city (I was thinking Germany? Perhaps Munich…)
~ both have to be either bi or lesbian

Alright on to the rules. Please, follow all of andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)'s rules, limited romance and swearing please, I don't have much experience with romance and I almost never swear. Swearing is allowed, but please limit how often you do so.

In addition, I'd like to add that I was thinking this could be a "chat"-style rp kind of thing, I'll show you an example, where "Alyssa" will be in bold and the other will be in italics.

Lily sighed as she waited for a response. God, she was really lonely wasn't she? She needed to get out into the real world, do something. But… somehow she couldn't bring herself to do such a thing. Somehow everything was easier on the web.

And there you have it folks. So it could start off like that but you can add some commentary or description to help move the plot along. And yeah, I'm really hoping someone likes this idea. {I'll put a template up if someone's interested in this.}

(Alrighty! I think you stalk the one with Lucas and Nick, so I'll grab something from there)

Lucas pulled Nick's arm over himself to try and mimic the other's warmth and comfort, but it just made him more distraught. Nick's limp arm held no warmth or comfort- without the other actively holding him, he pretty much got nothing from his closeness. Tears continued rolling down his pale cheeks until he inevitably fell asleep from exhaustion. He refused food when it was offered to him by the nurses a few hours later.

Ooo this is definitely going to be a nice spin on this prompt, the last time I did this the other character was like the opposite of Luna! I like her! Are we ready to start then?

Lily's eyes scanned over the last message sent by Luna, otherwise known as LunAmour~.
LunAmour~ How're you doing?
It was sent three minutes ago, and she was still trying to figure out a way to answer it. Her hand hovered over the mouse, debating what she should say. What should she say? That she was doing okay? That she was doing great? Or should she tell the truth? That she was lonely? That she wanted a girlfriend? In the end, she settled on "meh" after several minutes of thinking. Her palm landed on the mouse and she started typing.

Lunette hummed softly as she read over the message, resting her chin gently on the knuckles of one hand as she considered a response. She took only a few seconds to begin typing.
LunAmour~ I'm alright. Why only 'meh'?
She twirled a lock of her platinum blonde hair around her thin fingers as she waited for another reply. Kouru slept beside her on the bed.

Luna's response seemed to come back lightning quick. Perhaps it was because Luna wasn't as socially awkward as she was. Why was she only meh? A lot of reasons, actually. Life, school, her social life. She played with her hair a bit as she considered two different options. She could say that it was complicated, or that it was just life. She was startled out of her thoughts as her cat, Smoothie jumped up onto her lap and meowed. "Ah, you silly cat," she laughed softly as she stroked the silky soft fur, her lap vibrating with the purring that followed. The abrupt distraction helped Lily make up her mind. She'd just say that it was simply "just life."

Lunette hummed again, stroking Kouru gently as she thought. Kouru stretched out his paws in front of him and sighed contentedly, which made Lunette smile. She looked back at the screen and typed out her response.

She hoped she wasn't annoying Alyssa with the questions, but she felt that they were comfortable enough with each other that it shouldn't be a problem.

This time, the answer to the question was easy. Although, she did leave out the key part. How she was lonely. But she didn't want to seem desperate. Not when they basically barely knew each other. Maybe she'd bring it up when they were closer. Maybe, just maybe…

This question came quickly. Lunette was in her first little bit of college, so that could be something they bonded over. It would also help her solidify Alyssa's age in her mind. She already had a feeling that they were around the same age, but this would confirm it.

In college? This would be an easy answer. A factual answer. A question seeking out a fact, and a fact she could answer very easily.

Funny. She had started using proper capitalizations for this answer. But why now? She didn't use them for all of her previous answers and communications. Was she subconsciously trying to be more polite, or whatever it was called?

LunAmour~ Yes. First year.
Lunette always used proper grammar, and knew that Alyssa usually didn't. She chuckled softly to herself when she noticed the change in Alyssa's typing.
LunAmour~ What major are you?

Lily was starting to like where this conversation was headed. There weren't any how are you's or what's up's at all. Just questions, short and straight to the point, asking for short and straight to the point answers.

LunAmour~ General business and biology with minors in art and engineering.
Lunette was planning on being successful in life. Honestly, she was considering picking up another major or another minor or two. In her mind, it never hurt to be good at everything.

Truth to be told, it kind of sounded like Luna was trying to do just that. Business. Science. Art. Engineering. She would probably land a job almost immediately after she graduated, due to her many talents.

LunAmour~ I don't know exactly what job I want, so I'm doing a bit of everything. Right now, I'm doing commissions and working as a waitress to support myself.
