Introduction
Hey there, writer, are you the one that'll take on the challenges of our new story? If you aren't excited already, then I'd suggest you keep moving, because I have high hopes for this one. This is a little roleplay I just happened to think I wanted to have, and this time, I've got details, a lot of them. Here's our plot.

Plot
Welcome to Normal Town, a town that was named for its literal normality. The citizens of this town eat, sleep, and breathe in the most normal way possible. Your character has just moved there, and they get lost in the heart of town, where they meet mine. Your character will get directions for their destination, but they'll also get something more, a phone number from yours truly. they eventually want to meet up, again, and realize they might be falling in love with the other, and one will learn that the other is magical. Once they actually do fall in love, they'll face a lot of hardships. Relationships that aren't straight are frowned upon in Normal Town, and magic, that's especially against the rules. Will they rebel against the town, and leave, or will they change the town for good? We'll see!

Xeno came out as gay when he was 18, though he's questioning it. He feels like he might be bisexual instead.
Physical Appearance:
Xeno has gorgeous, emerald green eyes. Xeno's lips are pastel red, and rather thin. Xeno's cheeks are naturally dusted with a light blush shade. Xeno's skin is tanned, and gets compared to sand on occasion because of its dryness. Xeno's hair is curtain cut, and ink black. He is often questioned about if he dyed it or not, and he didn't. It's 100% all natural. Xeno has a "square shaped" birthmark on his lower left stomach, that is darker than the rest of his skin.
Usual Attire:
Xeno usually wears a shirt with a star shaped design on the front, no designs on the back. It is a dark purple shirt, and the star is neon green. He often wears a hat that matches the shirt perfectly. Xeno wears black, ripped jeans, to add to his appearance. He wears neon green converse shoes, too. Xeno completes this usual look with bracelets of a lot of bands, each having been painted in the colors he resonates with (neon green, dark purple, and black.).
Personality:
Xeno is quiet, and subtle. He would rather observe his surroundings for free than get paid a million to converse with someone for a minute. Xeno really likes how intellectual he is, and feels like it gives him some form of power. Xeno is a simple person, though it outwardly appears that he hides a lot of secrets.
Hobbies:
Xeno does digital art, a lot. Xeno also observes people, if that even counts as a hobby. Xeno also enjoys swimming, though he does it rarely. Xeno also likes to organize things, which comes from his OCD.
Job:
Xeno works at a home design firm, which helps people design their houses. He also works as a digital artist, on the side.

Physical Appearance: He's on the shorter range of average height, 5'4". He has some lean muscle but doesn't actively exercise. His skin tone is on the lighter side of tan, but he still sunburns pretty easily. Atlas has this hairstyle. Its natural color is a reddish-brown, but he rarely keeps it that color, most commonly dying it red, rich purple, lilac, or light blue. He has a birthmark on his neck the shape of a flower. Both ear lobes are pierced with crystal studs and one helix piercing on his left ear. There is a small tattoo of a carnation flower on his right wrist.
Usual Attire: He usually has a random graphic tee, either a band tee or a random design. Always tucked into lighter wash ripped jeans, that he always cuffs, and a black leather belt. Sometimes he wears a uniquely patterned button-up shirt instead of a tee-shirt. In colder seasons he always is accompanied by a black leather jacket and sometimes a beanie, different colors depending on what matches his outfit. He paints his nails from time to time as well.
Personality: Impulsive. Very optimistic and he always puts others ahead of him, definitely a people-pleaser. This causes him to internalize his emotions too much resulting in breakdowns after too much of it. He's very loving and pretty open about it. Definitely a people-pleaser.
Hobbies: Singing, songwriting, swimming, attempting to bake, nail art.
Job: A new and not super well-known singer/songwriter, so he also works at a music store.

Xeno was walking around the center of Normal Town. Around him, many people of the most original backgrounds walked, and they all seemed to be in perfect sync. Xeno laughed at their uniformity, rather used to it by now. "Hilarious, just hilarious," He whispered, under his breath. "These mindless people only conform to the rules." He added, even more silently. He continued to press on, unsure of what his true goal really was.

Once again, the same thing just like the day before, and the day before that. The music store wasn't the best business, but it was something. Atlas was always the first person to get there, for some reason. Maybe it was the fact that he was basically the only one in the town that seemed to know how to speed walk. Maybe he just knew how to get places early. But he was on his way to the music store, walking there out of sync with everyone else. At this point, he wasn't even sure if the people were real, with everything and everyone being so… normal.

Xeno glanced around the crowds, just wondering if something, anything, would stand out compared to the usual. He noticed one person walking differently, somehow, despite the mindless thinking he was doing. He carefully slipped in-between on goers, trying to get closer to the other person. He didn't want to spring himself on them, so he kept his head down for a little as he followed the other person.

Nothing out of the unusual, except for a tiny flaw. He noticed a slight change in one of the people's walking. However, Atlas didn't pay any attention to it since nothing ever happened. In the past, he thought he had seen a glitch in the matrix, but he was actually just so desperate for something even a bit different that his mind made something up.
