Harper tapped the button in her palm with her middle and ring fingers until it buzzed. She hid her grin well.

"And I'm not good at fencing, so, let's make a deal and just use no weapons." Elena took a small step backwards and scowled at the girl, her shoulder starting to throb lightly.
"Don't be stupid," Harper muttered under her breath to Elena. If she fought this girl and got hurt… Plus, they had backup on the way.
She rolled her eyes, "Have you met me? I'm the embodiment of stupid." She muttered back, pressing a hand back over her shoulder.
Harper made a face. God, would you hurry up already? she thought.
"Seriously, you think I'll willingly drop my knife? Oh, that's sweet. Now for the other one. Harper, isn't it? Yes, well, I saw that nice little palm-button thing. And I think you'd be pleasantly surprised to know that I know exactly what that is." Aza pushed her hair back from her face. "I can also tell you that those reinforcements won't do you any good." She raised her hands and her two throwing knives, seemingly magnetized, flew back to them.
"Leave us alone." Elena growled again, grabbing onto the sleeve of Harper's shirt, "Let's just head a different way, we've already wasted enough time dealing with this rat."
"Rat? RAT?" Aza threw both knives; they flashed through the air and each snagged one of the girls' shirts, kept shooting through the air with such force that they pinned the girls to the wall.
"I think she's a little sensitive." She whispered to Harper, a small smirk on her face when she realized she made her mad.
Aza hissed and picked her largest knife up and pointed it at Harper. "Hotel, or she dies."
Elena rolled her eyes, "If you're gonna kill someone kill me, you're the one that can't handle me and my personality anyway." She reached out and pulled the girls dagger out of the wall and then stepped infront of Harper, "Neither of us have any money with us to get your little whiney butt inside that hotel anyway."
Harper was grinning. "You know what this does?" she asked, revealing the device in her palm. "No you don't. This is nothing like what the government officials use. I designed this myself."
"Now, that's where you go wrong. I know exactly what that is, because I know what you are thinking." Her eyes flash.
Harper smirked challengingly. "Do you?" She was going to mess with this girl the best she could, and it was going to be fun.
"Yes. You can stop messing with me." She tugged off her black gloves, revealing one robotic hand. It clicked and whirred briefly, then stopped and began to glow a violent red.
Harper's eyes narrowed. They darted around the piece of machinery. Her mind was trying to figure out how it worked, what it did, how she could stop it.
"Alright you two, right now is not the time to compare equipment, let's just figure out this situation so I can get on my way." Elena huffed, not much into talking about tech.
A figure ran along the rooftops of the alley they were in. She dropped down behind Aza and pressed a gun to the back of her head. "I suggest that you let them go without any more trouble."
Harper smirked.
Aza flicked her non-mechanical hand behind her, stabbing the figure quickly. They fell to the ground. Aza cast a disdainful glance her way and noncommittally said, "Oops." Another click emanated from her hand; a tiny pistol sprouted out of her finger. Changing her mind, she pulled the gun out of the girl's limp, struggling fingers and pressed it to her head. Squeezing the trigger, she said, "It's always more fun to kill someone with their own weapon."
(I think this died)
(you're not wrong)
(i would respond again but I don't really know what to add, should we just call this dead?)
(Okay)
