Two students at an academy are assigned to make a portal leading to a land where a large source of berries lie, a magical healing element that they need to save a queen from dying. But once the portal is complete, and they try it, they find themselves stuck in a terribly dangerous land, hundreds of miles away from their original goal. Now they must fight their way through this land, facing any and all obstacles in their path and obtain the magical berries.
I dunno, this seemed like an interesting plot to me so here we are.
Rules ~
- Try to be active at least once a day(I have play rehearsal and shows that I have to do all this week so I won't be on too much per day.)
- No op characters or anything like that
- Magic is allowed if you please
- This can be a romance but it doesn't have to, I'll leave that up to you(No NSFW though, keep it PG if we're doing romance, mate)
- Swearing is fine
Uhh, that's about it. I probably won't get my character up tonight but I'd like to have both characters up by sometime tomorrow so we can start.

Name - Jude (Judy) Greer
Age - 15(.5)
Gender - Female
Sexuality - Lesbian
Magic(Y/N, if you answer yes, describe the type of magic) - Yes: Jude is able to see the future on occasion- when she gets her visions, they’re never direct, always a sort of metaphor for what will happen (Example- Before someone dies, Jude may see a vision of a string being snipped)
Looks - Jude is roughly 5’0”, with a stocky and rectangular build. Her hair is buzzed, though it’s growing out slightly. Jude’s eyes are deep brown, almost puppy-like.

Personality - She’s not reserved by any means, but she’s definitely got some reservations. Jude is a real stickler for rules, but really only because she’s afraid of getting in trouble. Overall, she’s definitely a mom friend, very caring, and would put anyone she cares about before herself.

(I’m good for a romance if you are, but don’t feel forced!)
(She's cute, I like her. And yes we can do romance, but it won't fully revolve around the romance between the two. Do we want them to already be in a relationship or just really good friends to start out?)
(No problem! And I’d prefer if they were just really good friends, if that’s okay!)
(Sounds good to me. I'll go ahead and start.)
Lillian woke to the sound of her alarm inside the dorm she shared with her roommate, Jude. She quickly turned it off and stood up, stretching, before looking over at Jude. I'll let her sleep a few minutes more… She thought with a quiet sigh and headed to the small kitchen.
Today they had a job to do…make a portal and go through it to get the magical berries they needed to save the queen. This wasn't exactly Lilli's area of expertise but she didn't really have a choice. The headmaster had told her that when they are successful and save the queen, they'll get a hefty amount of money, a bigger dorm and a feast; this had easily convinced Lillian.
She began making breakfast and thinking of the job.
Jude rolled out of bed, patting down the fuzzy hair of her bed. She picked at a loose thread on her pajamas. Her mind raced with everything that they had to do today: opening the portal was no small feat.
She stumbled into the kitchen, hopping up to sit on the counter. “Mornin’.” Jude mumbled, stifling a yawn.
Lillian flipped a few pancakes onto a plate and turned, handing putting the plate in front of Jude, "Morning sleepyhead!" She replied cheerfully and smiled, before turning back to making a few more pancakes for herself, "Did you sleep well?"
“I slept fine, yeah. I can’t help but feel weird about today, though. I got a vision last night.” Jude frowned, still trying to decipher what the vision could’ve meant. “You?” Jude took the plate with a tired smile, not even bothering to get a fork before she began eating.
Lillian set her own plate down next to Jude's and sat down, "I slept great. What happened in the vision?" She asked, pouring syrup onto her pancakes.
“I dunno, it was like… hm. How do I explain this? You know how I can sometimes feel my visions? This one was.. like.. sticky. There were swords stabbed into the ground.” Jude frowned. “You feel?”
"Ick, that doesn't sound good." Lillian replied, giving Jude a weird look and setting the syrup back down. As she picked her fork, she said, "But the only thing sticky right now is my syrup. The only swords stabbed into the ground is my fork stabbed into my pancakes."
“Right? That’s what I thought too.” She laughed at Lillian’s statement, setting her empty plate down on the counter next to her. “Let’s hope that’s all it meant. I mean- the visions aren’t always important stuff, right?”
"Right." Lillian replied with a smile and quickly ate her pancakes. She stood and stretched, glancing at the clock on the wall. "We should go ahead and get ready," She said, "We need to head down soon."
“Yeah. Sure. Gimme a second to get dressed, it’ll only take me a minute.” Jude hopped down from the counter, stretching her arms. “What time do we need to be there?”
"Around 8 they said." Lillian walked over to her bag, "It's 7:30 right now." She began searching through her bag, making sure she had everything they needed for the long work and the short trip to another area. Water, snacks, a small amount of cash just in case of emergency, a first aid kit, and a small blanket.
“Ohoh, shit.” Jude laughed, quickly digging out her clothes and throwing them on. She hadn’t packed a bag the night before life she had meant to, so Jude tried to scramble and collect everything they might need. “How long should this take?”
