Tyler nodded, rubbing at the back of his neck as he walked further into the room, “I guess so, yeah,” He bit his lip, “I’m Tyler.” He wished he had more social skills.

"Rei," the shorter girl said, holding out a hand. She only hoped to be welcoming enough that the boy might warm up to her. It was both for his and her own sake seeing as she'd never shared a room much less with a boy. Who was her age. And seemed nice enough.

“Nice to meet you, Rei.” He hesitated to shake Rei hand before he realised his jumper covered his wrists so she wouldn’t see anything he didn’t want her to. So he did, shaking her hand for a couple seconds before letting go.

Noticing the other's hesitation, Rei kept up her welcoming smile. It would be best that they were on good terms considering they were sharing a room. "Same to you," she replied sweetly.

"What are you studying?" Tyler asked as he moved further into the room and quickly dropped his bag off on his bed so it didn't just sit awkwardly by his side while they talked.

"I'm thinking about doing some sort of teaching career," Rei replied, now taking a seat on the edge of her bed.
(sorry I'm grounded for the weekend, I'll be back on Monday)

He nodded and offered a Rei a small smile, "I take it you're a people person then? If you want a career teaching loads."
