The title.
The title.
(Oh I need to break in my girl Ember if you'd like?)
((Sure! Want a specific plot?))
(that would be lovely. What kind of plot you going for?)
((I was thinking a little supernatural mystery thing? The girls get pushed together to figure out a weird thing happening in a normally quiet town?))
(sounds great to me)
((Great! Want me to start?))
(if you would)
Morticia hummed, leaning against the wall with a cigarette dangling between her lips. Finally, some time alone! She thought, looking up at the dark night sky. No light, I could swing being on a roof…
A couple of blocks away a young woman was snapping her fingers, a small flame erupting on the index finger before she extinguished it and snapped them again, repeating the process over and over. Two people had started to follow the woman down the street, completely unknown to her. From what could be seen raven colored hair fell to her shoulders. She wore a Bass Pro Shop hoodie and a pair of jeans torn at the knees. Combat boots on her feet hid a switch blade on one side of the right boot.
Morticia jogged slightly, before jumping up the the fire escape, long inky black hair and flowy black skirt floating around her as she went through the air, vivid green eyes darting around before checking that the family dagger was still secure against her thigh, pale skin glowing in the flickering streetlight. Perfect.
The young woman heard something and turned to the two following her. She seemed to show something to them that caused them to back away with a little gasp. She huffed a bit and continued along her way, a bit annoyed
Morticia looked out at the street, seeing a young woman. Not my business… but fucking with people is fun. She crouched on the edge of the fire escape, looking out at the street, skirt making a flapping sound in the wind.
Morticia would hear a gentle hissing sound coming up the fire escape. It wasn't like anything she had heard before…
Morticia looked down at the fire escape. "Weird, but eh. I won't die." She mumbled, looking back out on the street.
The hissing faded while the girl on the street could hear a faint hissing get closer to her. She thought it was just from the birthday candle like flame lighting a cigarette she had pulled form her hoodie, stopping for a little smoke. Though it was from a thing on the ground crawling toward the woman like some demented insect. It wasn't very large but seemed to pull light right out of the air around it.
