“You’re such a bully Arien” he whined, punching him weakly in the arm.
“You’re such a bully Arien” he whined, punching him weakly in the arm.
"Wha-? I'm a bully for complimenting my boyfriend's ass~?" Arien giggled, kissing Rafael's head again.
“Yes, yes you are.” He grumbled, punching him again.
"But it's just so amazing, how could I not?" Arien chuckled, hugging Rafael close.
"Love you dear~"
“Whatever jerk.” He grumbled, hugging Arien in return, still hiding his blushing face.
Yes, the biggest jerk," Arien said softly. He let out a chuckle, kissing Rafael's head. "But I'll stop, I'll stop."
“Thank you..I love you too.” He mumbled, finally picking his head up from where he hid it in Arien’s shoulder.
Arien pressed a kiss to Rafael's cheek, smiling softly.
"I'm sorry, I just can't help but find it cute when you blush like that!"
He whined quietly. “I’m not blushing!” He protested weakly, even though he knew he definitely was.
"Sweetie, you're as red as a Christmas ornament," Arien pointed out, giggling.
“Am not! And there’s no way for you to prove it to me so ha!” He stuck his tongue out at him childishly.
"Raf, your cheeks are as warm as a cup of hot cocoa," the vampire pointed out. Arien cupped Rafael's cheeks then, chuckling some.
He huffed. “Whatever. Fine you win.” He said, leaning into Arien’s touch with a content smile.
"Did you ever doubt I would?" Arien chuckled, leaning his head forward to kiss Rafael's nose.
“Sadly no.” He replied truthfully, smiling at Arien’s kisses.
Arien pressed a few more kisses lightly to Rafael's face, then moved back to stand next to him as they walked.
“I love you jerk.” Rafael said, squeezing his hand.
"Love you too," Arien said with a laugh.
Rafael laughed softly before falling back into silence, a content smile on his face.
Arien fell into a content silence as well. He leaned his head against the human's shoulder, giving his hand a squeeze.
Rafael kept walking in silence, letting Arien lead the way, doing his best not to run into anything.
Arien did his best to make sure Rafael didn't have to walk close enough to anything to accidentally run into the object in particular.
"We've still got an hour before sunrise," Arien noted, looking up.
Rafael appreciated the effort, still holding tight onto Arien’s hand. He nodded. “Mmm that’s good.”
"Yeah…" Arien didn't want another close call, though. Not after the last time…
He could hear the worry in Arien’s voice. “Should we start heading back in the direction of home now then?” He asked.
