Could you not use "voodoo" as your character's ability? It's a bit of an insult to a legitimate spiritual practice that many people of Haitian and/or Creole descent still practice today. You could reference poppets, which is more what you're going for either way since legitimate voodoo doesn't use anything like that, but traditional witches did. Sorry for the infodump!
Also, can you clear up her backstory for me a bit?

okay so saying that she isnt dr palmers birth child, she accidentally killed her orignal parents and then was on the streets and then dr palmer found and experimented on her and then the alter persona mania developed but palmer most likely hates mania so she has Harley keep her under wraps and if she dosent she either gets collared or muzzled and so yeah. unless you think palmer would like mania's aggressiveness?
Lee would approve of Harley's aggressiveness so long as it was useful to her. She also wouldn't outright collar or muzzle her, Lee's style is much more along the lines of gaslighting and emotional manipulation.
Also none of them are Lee's birth children, she never married and adopted them all.

also careful with the naming thing, since harley isnt agressive, mania is agressive. two different persona;s, two different names although i feel like lee would just call her by one name. mania is agressive to anyone who threatens those she cares about and harley so she might sometimes be agressive towards lee or people who try to attack her.

Personality: Tori's very shy and barely speaks, and is extremely non-confrontational. She'll follow whatever orders she's given, and do so without complaint. She's scared easily, and is very sensitive, especially to verbal/mental abuse.
Clothing: Dirty, oversized t-shirts and shorts, with long socks and old, tattered sneakers.
Appearance: Tori's very small for her age, and very thin as well. She's pale with wide, brown eyes and a small nose, and has long, tangled brown hair that almost covers her eyes. Her arms and legs are littered with scars, both from her getting hurt and Lee hurting her.

Powers: Water manipulation
Other: She hates being called Victoria, but rarely does anything about it if somebody does.

Gender: female
Personality: at times she can be very absent-minded, aggressive, Idiosyncratic, disobedient, Considerate(sometimes) inconsiderate to others, one of her personas is a shy curious child who is kind and considerate and the other one is very aggressive and protective of themselves and her older brothers, very paranoid and chaotic.
Clothing: oversized shirt and sweatshirt, shorts that actually fit her so someties it look like she aint wearing pants.
Appearance: small thin frame, short pink hair, like the shaved hair and then the short over wave on the other side blue and yellow eyes.
Age: 12
power: she sticks her hands out and strings come out of her fingers and attach to her victim and she can play with them. okay so the strings bounce off of solid nonliving objects, she would need her strings to contact to someone in order to "control" them and if she wanted to control an arm she would attack a string somewhere on the arm, however if she wanted to control lets say both arms and legs she would need multiple strings to contact to each limb.

Name: Amir Palmer
Gender: Male
Personality: He's the quiet kid, no pun intended, and often the most strategic, though he won't tell you. (Okay the pun was intended in that one) He's probably the most antsy of the siblings, hands always playing with something and foot always tapping.
Clothing: Amir often wears simple t-shirts and jeans, never shorts. He always wears a large jacket with pockets sewn onto the inside for random things he's found.
Appearance: Amir has dark middle eastern skin, hinting at his Pakistani heritage. His hair is a dark brown, almost black, and very thick. It often hangs over his face to hide it. He's average height, maybe a bit taller than the usual teen, but mild enough. His fingers are often stained with colors from his painting.
Age: 16
Powers: He can phase through objects and become invisible while doing so, essentially making him a Ghost.
Other: He's completely mute, Lee took out his vocal box a while ago, to make him "Quieter".

Justice had taken the car out without telling her mother. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, they had multiple cars and a sizeable fortune due to Lee's research on… well, whatever it was she researched, Justice and the others had never been told and Lee changed the story every time. Whenever Justice looked her mother up, her results were negative. Lee Palmer didn't exist to the world, it seemed. But back to the car. She'd taken it out for an evening church service and had planned to get back before dinner, but Shannon had wanted to talk to her about something and it turned out that she had a crush of sorts on Justice and now they were maybe-girlfriends and had kissed just a little bit, and now Justice was red as a beet as she pulled into the driveway, where her mother was waiting with a disapproving look on her face as she tapped her foot on the pavement at rapid speeds.
Amir was standing behind Lee, looking down at the ground before looking up at Justice really quickly and signing where Lee couldn't see him. "I'm sorry. Tried to cover for you. Said you were doing studying with a friend, stick to that story." He gave a weak smile before looking down again, hand moving to fiddle with a book he had tucked under his arms.

"I know you're lying, Angelo. Come inside, you nearly missed dinner and now everything is going to go cold, all because of you." Lee growled, waving her daughter inside. "Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if I'm raising a pack of delinquents. And stop that fidgeting!" she snapped at Amir. "Christ, I need a drink. You'll all be running the track again tonight, to make up for your brother's misdeeds."
The track. It was a brutal training course that forced the children to push their powers to the limit, and then some. Consisting of deadly traps and mechanisms that could take your head off if you weren't too careful, it was a wonder why Lee kept it around. Probably because she was sadistic, but still.
