Jackson grabbed the cups and handed one to Eric, "Here's a cup."

"Thanks…" He mumbled, looking down.

Jackson gave a slight nod, "You're welcome."

Eric smiled softly, going to fill the cup. Why is he so sweet…?

Jackson walked over and filled his cup up with Dr. Pepper and put a lid on.

Eric got some coke, taking a sip once he got the lid on and a straw through it.

Jackson looked to Eric just as their fries showed up at the counter. He walked over to grab them and walked back, "Want to sit down?"

Eric nodded. "Sure."

Jackson nodded and gestured to an empty booth, "There good?"

"Yeah!" He said, walking over and sitting down.

Jackson grinned and sat down across from Eric. He put the tray on the table with a thing of fries facing one boy each.

Eric took a fry, smiling as he took a bite.

Jax grabbed a fry and looked at Eric, "So, you like fries?"

Eric nodded. "Yeah!"

"Well that's great to know, dear," Jackson smiled as he bit into his fry.

Eric bit into another, blushing slightly. This isn't a date. It feels like one. But it isn't a date. He's just nice. He would never like you like that.

Jackson spotted Eric's blush and then contined to eat his fries. This isn't a date, stop acting like it's one. He doesn't like you like that.

Eric glanced up a bit. "So how was the rest of your classes?"

(THERE ARE SO IDIOTS!)

"They were pretty good," Jackson nodded, "Did you almost get detention again?"

"Well… it was with good reason! Mr. Allen just doesn't like being called out on his bullshit." He said, biting his lip a bit.

Jackson let out a laugh, "I can agree with that, so do you have detention or nah."

"…Lunch tomorrow." He said, sighing. "Least it's not after school or weekend detention."

"Yeowch," Jackson winced a little, "Yeah. So should I ask you now if you want to hangout tomorrow after school? Or wait until first period tomorrow."

Eric laughed slightly. "You kinda just did."

"Oh," Jackson rubbed the back of his next, "I guess I did."
