Farah smirked. "Strip for me," she commanded.

Farah refused to look up at Neva, hiding the ring in her hand. "What do you want?"

“ I’m sorry…”

Farah still didn't look up. "For what?"

“ for being a bitch.”

Farah let out a sharp laugh.

“ what’s so funny?” Neva asked and lifted her spell. Her bathrobe tired around her upper waist draped over her folded legs

Farah shook her head. "Are you forgetting something?"

“.. no?”

Finally, Farah looked up. "I think you are," she said shortly, rising to her feet and walking over behind her desk.

Neva stood up and followed her “ what do you mean?”

"Think about it." She slipped the ring into her pocket discreetly.

Neva sighed “ farah , love, I don’t have time for games.”

"Oh, I'm 'love' again?" she asked incredulously. "Really?"

Neva drew back a bit “ I’m trying to say sorry and you won’t even give me the chance, “ she mumbled

"Maybe it's because you lost this–" Farah pulled out the ring she'd so lovingly slipped onto Neva's finger "–and now I don't feel like I can trust you anymore!"

Neva seemed shocked, not angry or upset “ you found it.. I thought I lost it and wouldn’t find it again..” she looked up to Farah “ Farah, I didn’t mean to lose it! My jacket has a hole in the pocket and I put it in there when Isabel rushed us the first time. The same thing you did!”

Farah wrapped her arms tightly around Neva and pulled her into an embrace. "My darling, I was so terrified to believe you wouldn't have me anymore."

Neva jolted a bit but melted into farahs arms “ I’m so sorry.. I really didn’t mean too..”

Farah was trembling, which was odd for a woman naturally so strong. "It's alright," she breathed. "So you'll still have me as your wife?"

“ yes! Stupid question farah!”

Farah sighed with relief. "I couldn't help but worry. I knew you were so mad at me."
