@MarDeColores this is not it kids

Hello! I'd love to do something fantasy-ish, preferably with magic. I have a half-made prompt (it's kind of sad, I promise), but if you have a prompt or prompts you'd like to do, I'd love to hear them.

Okay. It's not that good, in my opinion, but that's me. Here go my rambling explanations… Basically, it's this:

The gods have always been present in the lives of mortals. Thousands of people have met them, and thousands more have seen them. They have always been seen as extremely powerful, totally invincible beings. You've always thought the same way– until you saw a god crash into the ground outside your house. They were weak, beaten, bloody… and hunted by something much more powerful than them. Turns out, the gods aren't as godly as you've been told.

I don't really know what to do with it, but… what do you think? Feel free to suggest changes or anything like that.

@subliminal_miracles

Hello! Is this open for more people? I think I have an idea to add on to that, if you want to hear it! (Based very loosely off of this one manga I read.. somewhere in the abyss lol)

I think I'd like to keep it a one-on-one (it's just easier for me to keep track of things) but I can create another thread for you if you want!

Oh, thank you! I think romance could be involved. Maybe they start as friends then realize they're both more than friends later?

@gracehustle

I like that! Do you have anything after they crash into the ground? Also is this going to be set in more modern times or no? (Sorry for all the questions)

@MarDeColores this is not it kids

You're good! The questions are helping me figure everything out! :)
I don't really have anything for after they crash… Maybe the someone powerful sends some people after the god to finish the job and they have to escape… Do you have any ideas about it?
As for times, probably more modern times with today-age tech and all that.

@gracehustle

I like that idea, and after they escape the god wants to get revenge and they end up maybe fighting back? Idk just a suggestion :)
That works for me!
Two more questions quickly before I ask for a template. One, are you going to play the god or the human? And two, any specific gender pair-ups wanted if we do add romance in?

@MarDeColores this is not it kids

I like the revenge and fighting back idea!
I'll be the god, and I don't really care. The character I think I'll use is male and bi with a preference for guys, so do with that what you will!

@gracehustle

I suppose I'll do a guy then! I don't have much experience writing bxb relationships so this will be fun :) Are we going to fill out a template? I'm fine with going in blind if you want to though, anything is cool with me.

Itzal was falling, though he couldn't remember why. He couldn't remember anything at the moment, except–
Flames. The smell of smoke and something more metallic… Blood. His head hurt so much, and there was something heavy in his hand. A sword. Why did he need a sword?
The wind whistled past his ears, adding to his already terrible headache. The ground was still far away, but it was steadily getting closer. He should be able to do something about that, but Itzal didn't remember what. Why couldn't be remember anything? What had–
A figure in sweeping robes in front of him. A silver crown on their head, the knife-sharp points tipped in red blood. Not his, then. The figure smiled, and…
What happened after that? Itzal didn't know. The ground was so close he could make out details. He needed to do something about that, but he was so tired. Itzal's eyes closed and he fell out of consciousness seconds before he hit the ground.

@gracehustle

(Quick question, how do you feel about swearing?)
Cole had not been expecting for something to crash outside his house as he stepped outside for a run. The sun was already going down and he wanted to get a run in before it got dark, though that option was brushed from his mind as only a few feet in front of him, a figure slammed into the ground. The shape slid through the grass in front of his house, leaving him startled, to say the least. "Holy crap," He said, jumping back and training his eyes on the person. At least they looked like a person. "I guess I'm not going on a run tonight," He muttered, his instincts pushing him to jog over to the shape.

This was not how he wanted to spend his night. Cole crouched by the figures side, reaching out and shaking their shoulder. "Hey, dude, are you alive?" He asked, studying their face and coming to the conclusion that it was a guy. He had no clue about anything past that though, not even if they were alive still.

(Swearing is fine with me!)
Someone was shaking his shoulder. Itzal's eyes fluttered open, then quickly squeezed shut in pain. His entire body was screaming, which made sense. He'd just fallen from who-knows-where– even for a god, falling from that high hurt. He cautiously wiggled his fingers, then twisted his wrists around. It still hurt, but it was more of a dull ache by now. Bringing his hand up to his head, Itzal was relieved to find that his dark hair was obeying the laws of gravity. He was in human form, at least. It was time to try opening his eyes again. Itzal managed to keep them open this time and was able to make out someone crouching beside him. "Who are you? Where am I?" He managed, his voice scratchy and sore.
