Sebastian handed Yang over, smiling.
"While you do that I'll finish up the paperwork with the landlord." He reached up, patting Viola's head lightly. She was still secured in his hair, but since he wasn't trying to take her away she had relaxed. All said if the dragonets with Rykah were squirming, crawling all over.
Rykah smiled, taking the other six dragonets back to the apartment quietly, leaving Sebastian to take care of the landlord.
(Sorry for leaving you… I tend to ignore open forum roleplays a little more on the weekends, especially when I have homework.)
(I understand, I usually do that too)
Sebastian talked with the landlord, filling out the needed paperwork before coming back to the apartment. He opened the door, not smiling but not frowning.
"All settled," he said, closing the door.
(Thank god, I was worried you'd think this was dying.)
Rykah smiled cuddling all six of the remaining dragonets on the couch, smiling.
(Nah, it's too soon for that XD)
Sebastian shook his head a little, a small smile on his face. He managed to get Viola to let go of his hair, holding her in his hands as he walked over and sat down next to Rykah.
"You're extremely happy with this, aren't you."
"Yes!" said Rykah softly, cooing at Lazuli who had nestled into his hoodie pocket.
Sebastian chuckled. Viola looked up at him, then went over to Rykah to play with a couple of her siblings.
"So, what do dragonets eat, anyway?"
"Berries mostly…" said Rykah softly, "Also nuts, grubs, and bits of meat…. almost anything really…"
"Okay then, so it'll be easy for us- you to take care of them." Sebastian crossed his leg, prompting Viola and Jade to scramble over to him to see what was going on.
Rykah nodded, a little distracted by Sugar's efforts to nom on his tail.
Sebastian chuckled softly despite himself, scooping Viola and Jade up in one arm.
"Are you sure we're gonna be able to handle all of these dragonets?"
"They can't be that bad!" said Rykah softly, hugging Ying.
"Rykah, they are seven balls of utter chaos." It wasn't long before Sebastian heard a box fall to the ground. Sunshine had sneaked off, and had found the box to his new figurine.
Rykah's ears twitched when he heard the box fall, "So we train them?" he suggested.
Sebastian sighed when Sunshine knocked the box off the table, walking over and picking it back up while Viola and Jade played in his arms. He set the box down on a higher shelf, picking Sunshine up.
"Do you know how to train a dragonet? Because I sure don't."
"Uhmm… Check the internet?" asked Rykah softly.
Sebastian walked back over to the couch, sitting down. Viola crawled back up to sit in his hair, but this time Jade tried to push her off so he could sit there. The two fought a little, Sebastian reaching up to separate them.
"Rykah, we are totally unprepared for this…" Sebastian sighed, but he smiled a little. "We'll have to do that later."
Rykah nodded, "I know.. but.. still… you have to admit they are adorable" he said softly, having ended up curled around Ying, Yang, and Lazuli.
Sebastian nodded. While Jade and Viola ended up going back to trying to both sit on Sebastian's head, Sugar and Sunshine were playing in his lap.
"They are," Sebastian admitted. He smiled. There wasn't near enough room for everyone on the couch, Sebastian and Rykah sitting right next to eachother.
Rykah smiled softly, his wings moving to press closer to his back, attempting to give Sebastian more space.
Sebastian smiled at Rykah, grabbing ahold of Sugar when she tried to crawl under his shirt.
"So, what do we do now?" he asked.
"I dunno.." said Rykah softly, distracted by ying, who was trying to crawl up the sleeve of his hoodie.
Sebastian sighed a little, trying to think. That was kind of hard to do with dragonets crawling all over him, though.
"Well, we're gonna have to get collars for them," he said. "Why don't we go online and look at some?"
Rykah smiled, "That sounds like a good idea!"
