Ok so I have a character that I want to develop romantically.
To give a bit of insight into the character, she's a Stony girl (it's a marvel fanfic).
The placement of the story rn and where I am in planning doesn't really allow me to develop her romantically, even though she has a romantic partner.

Now, to develop her romantically, I'm willing to pretend that she doesn't have a boyfriend rn.
This is mainly because the person her boyfriend is can't really be a playable character long-term (peter parker (cringy ik, but people like the story)).

If someone is interested, I'll give an ever so slight rundown on her a bit more indepth (including published chaps and planned chaps (some shit is gonna happen to her)).
If you're still willing to continue, I will ask for a writing sample.
If I approve that, then I'll post a template.

To clarify: THIS IS A MARVEL RP (of sorts).

(yeah!
so basically blythe is the daughter of tony and steve, and nat was her surrogate (but even though she's sterile they had like a donor egg implanted)
she is so against being a hero, because she doesn't want to be forever tied to her parents in that way
eventually shit happens and she's basically forced to be a hero, but she does it on her own turf

thats all im willing to say rn, if you want to know more i guess you could read it
I mainly just want to romantically develop her)

@Oakiin

Hmm, sounds cool! ^^ I read some, it's pretty good :)
I guess before we go further, I should ask if you have anything you're looking for for the other character? I usually like to be supernatural creatures, humans aren't my bag of beans so much xD

Deleted user

(um yes, definitely human, maybe the kid of another hero if you want
the only thing i really ask for is for you to not use the last name Warner, don't ask why
but before i post a template, could i please have a sample of your writing style? a small paragraph that's mainly dialogue, and then a larger one that's no dialogue at all would be best)

@Oakiin

(Alrighty, cool ^^ And can I have powers, or? I'll dig u a sample real quick here too :) Would you prefer something from an rp, or just my normal writing?)

Deleted user

(i dont really mind, normal writing is normally better
and the powers thing depends on the parent, which i would like you to confirm with me first)

@Oakiin

(Okii, here's a piece from one of my stories ^^ Sorry, it's a little long, but it's all I have xD)
It was damp. It was buggy. It was like Louisiana in an Acre™. Just peachy, really. And not but three steps in, they turned a bend and found the house, which was a shoddy job at best. The roof was bent in, the windows had no panes, and the door looked thin enough to splinter at a touch.
“So glad we came all this way,” Fisher muttered, taking a deep sniff of the air and wrinkling his nose. “God, it stinks.”
“It’s not that bad,” replied Harley, shifting closer to Kiger. “I just don’t feel great about it.”
“Does anyone?” Kiger sighed, watching a thin rivulet of water that ran past his feet. “It’s hardly the Ritz.”
"You think?” Boss said, scuffing the ground with his boot. “This wasn’t entirely worth it so far.”
“To be fair, we haven't barely explored at all,” Cade pointed out, pacing along a tall wall of uncut grass, trying to see through. “Ooh, hello, what’s this?”

@Oakiin

(Yes of course! ^^ Again, it's a little long, and the formatting sucks because I copied it off a google doc, but here y'are)
Michael was a businesswoman at heart, bureaucratic to the fine print. Nothing slipped past her sharp eye, and no loophole went unfound. She could catch the faintest stain on a suit jacket, and call anyone out on their bull before they even got to it. She never forgot things at work, rarely brought things either. She was a person who believed in necessity above much else. An elegant woman with nary a wrinkle in sight, she held the envy of all her co-workers who lived off coffee and two hours of sleep. All in all, she was the outward picture of perfection, practically a Mary Poppins of her own right.
To jump right into the story, it was this aforementioned attention to detail saved her life, and it was a lack of attention that almost ended it. She stepped out into the crosswalk in the wake of a lumbering lorry, and from around behind it, making a rather illegal u-turn, a small blue Echo shot forward as if blasted from a cannon, it’s driver slamming on the gas to get ahead of oncoming traffic.
She saw it coming, and, ever a lady of dignity, took one or two lage steps back the way she came as the driver realized their mistake and slammed on the breaks what would have been a hair too late had she not moved. As it was, the little blue thing came to a halt perfectly aligned with her baleful glare at the sheepish driver through the passenger window.

(cool yeah i actually like it
ill try to get a template up soon
but can you please tell me who you're using as a hero parent (if you're going too (also no peter parker, this takes place in a slightly altered version of the mcu in which blythe has always been there)))

@Oakiin

(Thanks! ^^
Awesome :)
I might want to use one of my own marvel ocs, if that's okay? They wouldn't have a parent who's a character, again if that's all good :)

Name: Blythe Stark Rogers
Age: 17, a few weeks from 18
Gender: Gender
Sexuality: Demisexual biromantic
Appearance: Blythe looks like this. I know that I said to describe but I'm way too tired rn.
Style: Jeans, t-shirt, leather jacket, studded boots
Personality: Blythe is fierce and determined. She isn't afraid to stand up for what is right, even if there are bad consequences. Blythe is often serious and gets the job done, but she can occasionally be sarcastic. She most definitely takes after Steve personality wise, with a hint of Natasha. There is a little bit of Tony thrown in as well.
Likes: Musical theatre (not when she's in it, watching), her family, the Avengers, her friends, her motorbike, sparring, Peter
Dislikes: Kai (hates with a passion (character from the fic)), Flash Thompson (cause he's annoying), when people sit back and do nothing

Background: (this is quite literally from something i put in as a mini background to the story, i think it might help)
So basically, this fanfiction takes place in the AU in which Steve and Tony fell in love and had a daughter through surrogate. This daughter is Blythe, and the surrogate was Natasha. Yes, she is still infertile in the AU, but Steve and Tony didn't want anyone else. Without going into much detail, they used an egg donor and fertilised it with Steve's sperm (through a fertility clinic (omigod adult stuff)) and then injected it into Natasha's womb. Since Natasha is technically Blythe's mother, the two of them have always been really close to each other.

Blythe grew up with a lot of pressure from outside people. Her parents and the other members of the Avengers were always loving and kind, but outsiders often tried to pressure her because of her connections. She got fake popularity that she never wanted, and she was always pressured to be someone she wasn't. Blythe never cared about that stuff, so she always ignored it and grew up to be who she wanted. It was helpful to have her Aunt Nat by her side, and Natasha is her role model.

Almost every other relationship is the same as in the current MCU timeline (minus Infinity War and Endgame cause of unnecessary sadness :( (so basically nothing after Black Panther)). Peggy is dead, Pepper is Tony's assistant, MJ is Peter and Ned's new best friend, those kinds of little changes. Anything romantically linked to either Steve, Tony or Peter is obviously changed (except Peter liking Liz in Homecoming).

Power/s: Blythe has enhanced agility, strength, speed, endurance, and reaction time. This is due to Steve's abilities, however Blythe's are not as strong as her father's. She also has a nanotech suit and a sonic scream which she has dubbed 'The Cry of Heart'. She goes by the name Iron Soldier.
Other: Steve is Dad and Tony is Papa, just for whenever it gets mentioned.

Blythe sat on top of a roof, her suit on. She would have had her helmet retract, but she was listening to music. That was the easiest way to do it: get F.R.I.D.A.Y. to play a playlist. She looked out at the city.

@Oakiin

Bridger walked the streets below, eyes open for any opportunities for a job. He'd gotten quite good at picking out likely targets, but today didn't seem to be turned in his favor. He sighed, stopping at a park bench to rest his weary legs. What an awful day this was turning into. He was tired, hungry, and no thing was looking to fix those problems before nightfall.

Deleted user

"Hey, F.R.I.D.A.Y.?" Blythe asked.
"Yes, Blythe?" The A.I. responded.
"Can you set this song to repeat? Also, can you retract the helmet into earphones?"
"Can do, Blythe."

@Oakiin

Bridger sighed, tipping his head back and closing his eyes. Tomorrow would be another day, he supposed. He just had to wait for it to get here.
He was good at that. He'd waited for many, many things in life, this would be nothing new.

(i just have a question: was bridger born into a male or female body? like, i have a non-binary friend who was born into a female body, it would be easier if i could know what body especially since it will impact my replies in the future)

Blythe leant back and layed on her back as her helmet retracted into earphones, her black plait providing some padding. She closed her eyes, listening to her music. Other than the gym, music was her escape.

@Oakiin

(Bridgy was born male ^^ But he's done everything in his power to appear more androgynous, so it's harder to tell.
And my own question to you xD How are our characters going to meet? I don't think Bridger can see Blythe up on her roof, and unless you had a plan, there's not much else to do :))
