Basis of plot: Alien comes to our planet, but not willingly. It seems he’s crashed, his ship is a bit broken and now he’s stuck on a planet with intelligent (mainly) creatures he doesn’t know the biology or features of yet; aka humans. Did I mention humans haven’t really seen real aliens yet, so..this’ll be a surprise.
Alright so I need a human, the human can be any gender, sexuality, etc etc. Only thing is that I’d prefer the human to be above 17 but not old old either. You decide the story of your human; maybe you aspire to come across some aliens, or maybe you’re afraid of them? Who knows.

RULES
- Follow all RP rules.
- Language and violence are fine. I don’t want a paragraph of it being described in depth, though.
- Romance..romance romance romance… this is a confusing one here, since one character is sentient and sapient alien, other is also human. If you’re fine it, go ahead if you want to (attempt) romance the alien. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya, though.
- I understand not everyone can be active, but I will bump this after a few days of inactivity if you haven’t been on. If possible, let me know beforehand if you’ll be inactive.
- Be respectful!
Aight, that’s all I can think of for now. Let me know if you want to join, because first come first serve.
(May I? This seems really interesting)
(thanks I'll fill out the template in a min)
Name: Ava Jackson
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Appearance: Long curly brown hair. Light green eyes and tan skin. slightly short.
Clothing: Ripped jeans with paint splashes on it and a pastel color tie dye crop top. If its cold she has on a random sweater.
Backstory (optional): She left for college right after she graduated high school. Shes studying art and hasn't talked to her parents or even her twin brother in months.
Personality: She's a little strange. usually keeping to herself even though she really wants to make friends. She's just convinced no one will like her. She smiles a lot and rambles. If she thinks she's annoying someone or they're mad at her she'll shut down and not talk at all. She loves art and her drawings are usually what she rambles the most about.
‘Opinion’ on aliens: If someone asked she'd say she believed them. The universe is large there has to be other life. She'll probably freak out if she actually meets one.
Name: Kolt Dovir
Age: 23 human years
Gender: Male
Appearance: A tall alien, standing up around 8 ft, and even longer from head to tail. However, he rarely stands on two feet due to weaker back legs. His forearms are a lot stronger, and he possesses five claws per each hand (two hands to be specific), his left pointer being a sickle claw. He’s relatively reptile like in terms of appearance, with dark blue, nearly black scales. He also has four eyes, two on each side of the head although they do face forwards. His eyes are an electric blue.
His long tail splits into two at the ends. He also has bright blue tendrils which can be extended from his back to aid in movement or grabbing stuff.
His front teeth can somewhat extend for a venomous bite.
Clothing: It’s a bit hard for him to find clothing. Typically, though, his species do not wear clothing, since they don't really need to.
Backstory: TBD
Personality: Open minded, relaxed guy. He doesn’t really have much to worry about now that you think about it. He is curious, always wanting to learn about different races and cultures.
Kolt prefers to avoid combat, but he can hold his own if needed.
‘Opinion’ on aliens: He likes most of them. He is an alien, after all. Humans, though? Doesn’t know them. Doesn’t even know what a human is.
Other: None right now.
Nice! I’ll work on a starter, then? Unless you wanted to post first.
I'm fine with(and prefer) you posting a starter if you don't mind
The sky was filled with stars, with crickets chirping here and there. The time was before 12 AM, but still fairly late. One would probably look at the sky and think, Oh, what a beauty of a night!
Which it was, to be fair. But usually, the local area received a notification if there was going to be a meteor shower. In which something bright raked itself across the sky, but didn’t fade away, and only seemed to be getting closer, and closer…
Kolt was positive the ship would keep him safe, but he wasn’t sure which planet this was. These were unmarked worlds. His tail was curled around himself, conserving space but also giving some extra protection. He braced for the impact, which was, to be fair, pretty loud and rough. The ship slid a few metres after touchdown, knocking down a few trees before it was finally halted in its place. Kolt stayed still for a moment before he checked the signals on the ship.
This wouldn’t do. There wasn’t enough power. Some ship parts probably got knocked out too. Kolt grumbled as he opened the ship hatch. The oxygen was safe - to be fair, even if it wasn’t safe, Kolt would probably be fine either way. He tinkered a little bit with the ship, seeing if there was anything he could scavenge before he decided what to do next.
Ava was being stupid. Running into the woods behind her college. A few minutes ago she was on the roof of her building trying to figure out what to draw for her school project when she saw it. It looked like a meteor but do meteors crash land in the middle of the wood? Not they don't or at least she didn't think they did. She was thinking of turning back when she found a clearing. It was more of a path leading to…something.
Kolt had a bag of things he needed with him outside of the ship. It wasn’t much, and it was a smaller bag, but it was no problem. He placed the bag around his neck and lifted one arm, his claws curling around the entrance of the ship and pulling himself out. He made landfall and took a few moments to flare his nostrils, taking in the new air and surroundings.
Air. Safe to breathe.
The ground was nice enough. He began to drag himself along the ground, although he wasn’t injured - it might seem that way.
There wasn’t much he could do to hide his ship. He only had to hope that this area of the land wasn’t walked upon often.
Kolt paused. He turned his head, sniffing again, and captured a new scent. Was there life on this planet? It seemed so, considering this planet’s conditions. Tendrils flew from his back and he used them to get up into the trees, raising his tail and curling it around the tree. His features were a lot harder to see in the night.
They were even harder to see once the faint blue glow from his tendrils vanished as they went away into his back. Kolt decided to wait to see what - or who was coming. He had no intentions to do any harm - the alien was more curious, but he also had no idea how they’d react to him, and based on previous experiences, Kolt decided on hiding.
Ava walked towards the unknown thing. ”Is anyone there?” she asked looking around. She couldn't tell what the thing was but since it came from the sky it could be a plane. ”Anyone hurt?”
Kolt opened his eyes - it seemed he had closed them for a bit. He glanced around, immediately spotting the human; though at the time he didn’t know that was a human. He also had no idea what the new individual was saying.
He kept a translator chip somewhere; if only he could get into his bag without..
Kolt fell from the tree. Being a larger alien at more than 8 ft in length, it wasn’t a small fall, either. Kolt grumbled again, tail swinging in the air, turned away from the human right now as he began to push himself back up with his forearms.
”what the…what is that?” She screamed. She stepped back and raised her hands in a defensive mode. Her eyes were wide and mouth was opened slightly in shock. She picked up a medium-sized stick and held it like a weapon.
Kolt winced at the sharp and sudden noise, but he already had the translation chip. Inserting it into his neck, he winced again, but hopefully everything he heard from now was accurate. As well as everything he said, seeing he didn’t know the human’s language. Although with the chip, they should be able to understand each-other.
Kolt turned his head, imagining he must look a bit creepy in the night with his eyes that glowed a faint blue. He turned fully, just to stare, then spotted the stick.
Kolt backed up a bit, unsure how to react. His jaws were slightly parted; his sharp teeth were visible slightly if one were to look closely.
He seemed to glance from side to side with his pupils, adjusting to the situation. With many thoughts springing in his mind, he spoke a single word, with was translated to English immediately as if he hadn’t said the word in an alien language in the first place.
“Greetings!”
Ava pointed the stick at the alien. Was it an alien? She really hoped it was just some weird kid all dressed up. "Who are you? What are you?" She asked trying to keep her voice calm but it was still shaky. Her free hand slowly moved down to get her phone from her pocket. Her breathing was slightly heavy and her eyes moved around the clearing.
Kolt easily towered over the human, who he identified as being a girl. He looked down on her, although careful not to hold direct eye contact as it was seen rude to his species when you did it to someone who you didn’t know. His tail moved slowly behind him, the lower half of his body resting on the ground.
“I’m Kolt. Kolt Dovir,” he added in. He seemed to make a ‘smile’ with his mouth, the edges of his jaws curling up. “I’m a Noxile.” Noxile, being what his species was. His eyes moved down to her hand at the movement, but he did nothing, besides wait for a response.
Ava slowly backed up. lowering her stick but not dropping it. She couldn’t make herself look at the..thing. Eyes landing on a tree next to him instead. “I-I’m Ava. H-human,” She stuttered. “Where did you come from?” Her voice slowly became steady. The stick in her hand shook.
Kolt seemed to move to answer, but paused. Perhaps a better answer would be this. Kolt looked up into the night sky and pointed a sickled claw into the air, towards the stars.
“I came from up there.” He answered, then looked down on her again.
She hesitated “Y-yeah I kind of guessed that,” she said. Her hand moved farther done but it’s still shaking. “So you’re an alien?”
Kolt lowered his hand again. He blinked. “Technically, to me, you are the alien. I haven’t heard of a human before.” He spoke, head tilted.
“Although yes, I guess I am an alien. Of this planet.” Kolt looked around, studying the environment. It seemed safe for the most part.
“If you didn’t even know about humans why are you here?” She asked. She took an experimental step closer trying to get a better view of the alien.
“I did not come here by choice.” The alien shifted slightly in spot. His eyes seem to move to his ship, which lays, still cooling off in the ground some distance away from them.
Ava glanced at the recked… UFO? "So you crashed? Where were you trying to go?" she asked. "are you ok?"
