(OMG SORRY THAT TOOK SO LONG. Also I decided to use this girlie instead of Milo)
I'm glad! So idk how to start, but I can still do the starter if you'd like.
Should they start at school or the first meeting as hero and villain or something else?
How about their both hero and villain, but they've been running into each other for a little bit. Not super long, but enough that they see the other and recognize who they are.
Okay! Just in advance if the starter is absolute trash, I'm sorry. I haven't done a rp like this yet.
I can start if you're having trouble.
Again. Again Irene was summoned to "save the day". It was the third time that week and she still had homework to do. It was always the same person as well. At that point, she was annoyed and walking slowly over to where she needed to be, not really caring. After about five or ten minutes, she made it to the area, her eyes instantly stopping on the same person that it's been all week, Code-Breaker.
Lot had tripped off one of the alarms at the bank they had been told to break into. It'll be easy, their professors had said, you won't get caught, they said. Liers, all of them. Lotus had gotten everything they could and had gone to bolt out. They were getting tired of this shit and especially… Ah, there she was. Oracle, the hero sent to chase her down. They let out a long sigh and continued to run to their destination not caring about the hero.
Irene sighed as her enemy bolted away, sprinting after them. Why didn't have super-speed instead of "limited telekinesis" or " omniscience"? There were plenty of other superheroes in this city, right? In an attempt to slow her target, she conjured a thick cloud of smoke right in front of Code-Breaker.
Lot couldn't see through the smoke and they had to slow down. They started coughing a little and decided to just charge through anyways. If they stayed for too long they would start to slow down in movement and thought. Oracle had slowed them down and they quick opened their program for a dagger and grabbed one quickly.
Yes, the cloud of smoke did something, but it didn't do enough. Irene just wanted to get to her dorm and lay down then do her homework. Gathering all her strength, she bent a poll down in an attempt to stop them. It wasn't her best idea, but she was kinda brain dead.
Lot didn't see the pole bend and ended up having to stop their eyes wide as they avoided it. They let out a quick sigh before sending a glare over at where they thought Oracle was. They wanted to get back to the dorm and finish their assignment.
Absolutely done with everything, Irene sighed slowing down. That drained her too much. In the end, she didn't really care that Code-Breaker got away. But before she actually gave up, something appeared in her mind. She started jogging in a different direction, hoping to cross paths with her target.
Lot continued to move and didn't bother to slow down. They needed to get to an area where they could hide away and change back into their regular clothes. Though it seemed like Oracle had given up on Lotus.
Running through a few back routes, Irene had a small surge of adrenaline. Maybe she would catch Code-Breaker after all. Though she didn't know it, she was running right towards them. They would meet in the middle, something was bound to happen.
Lotus kept running and thought they saw an open alley to run down. They tried not to be noticed as they turned down an alley, and oh great. Oracle was this way and they quickly tried to stop their momentum.
Irene smiled, seeing Code-Breaker. She sped up reaching them before they could turn around. Tackling them to the ground, she realized she had nothing to bind them with or anything.
Lot grunted as they were tackled to the ground. They glared up at Oracle and attempted to slash at them with the dagger they had in their hand. It didn't go very well and they ended up losing the dagger.
Flinching as they lost the dagger, Irene let out a sigh. "Hello there… would you mind giving me that very nice bag of yours?" She said with fake politeness and a fake smile. She never bothered to wear any sort of mask, which was probably a bad idea today since she actually made contact with Code-Breaker.
Lotus continued to glare and mentally set the mask to scramble their voice. It wasn't hard since it was apart of their mainframe, and suddenly their voice was much deeper than their actual voice, "No."
"Well then, I guess I'm just going to have to take it instead." Irene reached for the bag, doubting she would actually get it but it was worth a shot. She didn't actually have a plan past chasing the target, so this was completely unthought out.
Lotus had a smirk on and the masked showed it to. The bag they had on them had their dirty laundry in it since they had gotten the call to do this on their way to the laundromat. They never physically stole anything, it was all digital, "Go right on ahead. I dare you."
