“Anything really, but mostly fictional books.”
Chrys hums, “Oh. Hopefully i can read your work someday.”
Rodya laughs softly.
Chrys smiles warmly. Such an adorable laugh… he thinks. He chuckles.
Rodya smiles softly, looking at the table, "Maybe someday, that's if I ever publish it."
Chrys scoffs, “You’ve never published it?!”
Rodya shakes his head, "No. . . My father would kill me."
Chrys scowls, “Well excuse me, but screw him.”
Rodya laughs softly, "I. . . well, he want's me to follow in his footsteps. . ."
Chrys rolls his eyes. “And what is he doing? Sitting in a chair all day?”
"Well. . . no. . . not exactly. . . He's the ambassador from Russia for England. Helps with treaties and the like. So it's more like, on the road or at a desk."
Chrys hums, “And you don’t want to do that?”
Rodya shrugs, "I don't wanna spend my whole life going from one place to another. . ."
Chrys nods, “Then don’t. You shouldn’t care what your father wants.”
Rodya sighs, "Well, I do care what he wants."
Chrys sighs, taping his fingers on the table. “Hm…”
Rodya shrugs "It's fine, really. . .:
Chrys huffs, “Still…” He sighs, “Well…I hope your father comes to his senses.”
Rodya shrugs.
Chrys smiles, then closes his eyes. “Hm…it’s…nice to have actual company.”
Rodya smiles slightly, "Good to know."
Chrys looks at him, “you know…I haven’t had…actual visitors in 416 years?”
Rodya tilts his head, "Really?"
He nods, “All of them were people who were trying to steal from me, or kill me.”
He sighs softly.
